Outdoor electrical plug and socket cover
A weather proof cover for electrical plug and socket junction which is shaped to accommodate the socket and plug between two hinged parts and provide a weather seal about each power cord associated with the plug and socket said cover including a hinge section joining the two parts along adjacent longitudinal edges, fastening means on the longitudinal edges opposite the hinge edges to securely close the cover, the seals around the power cords located on the end edges of each part, cord gripping devices located on the internal surface of one of said parts to prevent movement of the cords when the cover is closed without applying tension to the attachment of the cords to the plug or socket. The improvement being the provision of a lead restraint mechanism within the space between the two parts.
Electrical connector assembly
An electrical connector assembly provides a hinge between two parts, such as an eye-piece part and an arm-piece part of augmented eyewear. The assembly includes first and second hermaphroditic connectors which are rotatable relative to each other. Each connector includes a conductive electrical terminal disposed on a non-conductive support. Each electrical terminal includes a main body and a flexible contact arm extending therefrom, and a contacting protrusion protruding from the contact arm. The contact arm can be flexed into a slot in the support. The contacting protrusion on each arm maintains engagement with the main body of the other connector during rotation.
Wire connector
The invention relates to the technical field of manufacturing illumination equipments, and more particularly, to a wire connector for use in an illumination equipment. The wire connector comprises: a receiving part having a hollow structure, wherein input wires and output wires are arranged in the receiving part; two conductive tabs, through which the input wires are connected to the output wires, the two conductive tabs are used to electrically connect the input wires and the output wires; wherein the receiving part comprises at least one clamping groove; a covering part clamped in the at least one clamping groove of the receiving part for sealing the two conductive tabs in the receiving part; the receiving part is connected to the covering part by means of a flexible part.
DUAL CORD LOCKOUT MECHANISM
Electrical chargers for batteries and battery packs are described. The chargers include a recessed region having input ports or connectors for receiving power cords providing electrical power to the charger. The input ports or connectors ensure that only one of two ports or connectors is used for electrical connection to a power cord. Thus, due to the configuration of the input ports or connectors, two ports or connectors can not be used concurrently.
Battery mounted fuse holder
A wiring harness assembly for serviceably housing an electrical fuse includes at least one electrical cable, a wiring harness plug mounted to the cable and including a first electrical connector, a first terminal having a mounting end for receiving an energized stud and at least one first fuse contacting end, at least one second terminal including a second electrical connector and a second fuse contacting end, and a terminal housing including a main body defining a first cavity and a receptacle defining a second cavity, wherein the first fuse contacting end of the first terminal and the second fuse contacting end of the second terminal are positioned within the first cavity, and wherein the receptacle is configured to receive the wiring harness plug including the first electrical connector with the first and second electrical connectors engaging each other in electrical communication.
CONNECTOR
A connector comprises a cover, a base, a hinge mechanism, a terminal and a metal member. The cover is provided with a locked portion. The metal member is held by the base. The metal member has a locking portion, a coupling portion and a reinforcing portion. The locking portion has a first regulating portion and a second regulating portion. The coupling portion integrally couples the first regulating portion and the reinforcing portion with each other. The coupling portion and the second regulating portion are positioned away from each other by a predetermined distance in a front-rear direction. The coupling portion has a standing portion. The reinforcing portion is soldered on a circuit board when the connector is mounted on the circuit board. In a plane perpendicular to an up-down direction, the reinforcing portion at least overlaps with an area within a range of twice the predetermined distance from the standing portion.
Connector
A first housing includes a wide connection surface and a bearing formed on an edge on one side along the longitudinal direction of the connection surface. A second housing includes a side surface formed to face in a direction intersecting a connecting direction of the first and second housings. A lid is displaceable about a shaft supported by the bearing portion to a closed position where the lid covers the connection surface and an open position where the lid member contacts the side surface. The lid is biased from the open position to the closed position by a biasing member. An outer shape of the lid has a long side arranged along the longitudinal direction of the connection surface and a short side intersecting the long side and shorter than the long side.
Foldable plug assembly
A plug assembly in which the insulator part can be moved from an unfolded state to a folded state. The insulator may be utilised in the unfolded state for assembly of a wiring loom, and then folded into the folded state for insertion into a connector body.
Connector with fitting objects and fillers that prevent foreign matter from entering
Provided is a connector configured to sufficiently prevent foreign matter from entering from outside by controlling the surface pressure of the fillers. The connector (10) according to the present disclosure includes a pair of a first fitting object (16) and a second fitting object (30) capable of being fitted together; fillers (70) provided in the first fitting object (16) and the second fitting object (30), respectively; and a pressing portion provided, in a protruding manner, to an inner surface of at least one of the first fitting object (16) and the second fitting object (30). The pressing portion presses a corresponding one of the fillers toward the other one of the fillers provided in the other fitting object when the first fitting object (16) and the second fitting object (30) are fitted together.
Connector clip
A connector clip is disclosed. The connector clip includes a base, a cover, a hinge coupling the cover and the base, and a fastener. The base has a first base side joined to a second base side via a connecting base side. The cover has a first cover side joined to a second cover side via a connecting cover side. The fastener holds the first base side and the first cover side in a fixed position when the connector clip is in a closed configuration in which the connecting base side is parallel to the connecting cover side. An internal cable opening is formed in part by the connecting base side and the connecting cover side when the connector clip is in the closed configuration. The connector clip secures a cable passing through the internal cable opening and connected to a board in its place in the closed configuration.
