Electrical connector for circuit boards and manufacturing method thereof
A connector with stationary housings, a movable housing, and terminals. The terminals have a movable-side retained portion including a contact portion secured in place by unitary molding in a movable-side retaining portion of the movable housing, a stationary-side retained portion secured in place by unitary molding at a location proximate the connecting portion of the terminals in a stationary-side retaining portion of the stationary housing, and a resiliently displaceable resilient portion coupling the movable-side retained portion to the stationary-side retained portion. The resilient portion has a curved apex portion constituting the upper end of the resilient portion outwardly of the movable-side retained portion in the connector-width direction, and lateral open spaces, which are open in the connector-width direction, are formed in a range including at least the apex portion below the above-mentioned movable-side retaining portion positioned above the apex portion.
ELECTRICAL CABLE CONNECTOR
An electrical cable connector comprising an insulating housing, a plurality of conductive contacts arranged on the insulating housing to be connected respectively with cables, and a resilient shell member attached to the insulating housing, wherein the resilient shell member includes a concealing portion for concealing a portion of the insulating housing on which the conductive contacts are arranged, a strip-shaped portion surrounding partially the insulating housing so as to cause an inner surface portion thereof to come into resilient contact with an outer surface portion of a mating connecting device, a pair of extended strip-shaped portions each extending to be bent from one of end portions of the strip-shaped portion so as to have a free end portion, and a pair of holding portions extending from the concealing portion for positioning respectively the extended strip-shaped portions from the outside thereof.
Electrical distribution assembly
An electrical distribution assembly comprising a junction box having a box housing. The box housing comprises a plug portion to receive an electrical connector. The electrical connector has a connector housing comprising a plurality of cavities to receive and hold a terminal. The plug portion comprises a plurality of first blocking devices protruding along a mating axis. Each cavity comprises a second blocking device extending along the mating axis. Each of the first blocking devices blocks the corresponding second blocking device in a blocked position when the corresponding cavity is empty, thereby preventing movement of the connector housing towards the box housing. The assembly further comprises a terminal movable from an outward position to an inserted position. When inserted in the cavity, the terminal relocates the corresponding first or second blocking device to release the blocking, thereby allowing movement of the connector housing towards the box housing.
BRACKET AND TERMINAL EQUIPMENT
A bracket and a terminal equipment are provided. The bracket is provided for a terminal device to be installed thereon and includes a bracket body, two installing elements, and at least one holding element. The two installing elements respectively protrude outward from two sides of the bracket body, and each of the two installing elements includes an engaging portion. The two installing elements are configured to be inserted into the terminal device so the terminal device is installed on the bracket, and each of the engaging portions is configured such that each of the installing elements is engaged with and retained in the terminal device. The holding element protrudes outward from the bracket body and is configured to be inserted into a loading hole of the terminal device.
Connector expansion structure
A connector expansion structure includes a connector and a rear plug. The connector includes a base, a sheet-shaped contact part, a shell-shaped member and a plurality of conductive terminals. The sheet-shaped contact part includes a sheet-shaped structure and an extension structure. The shell-shaped member extends in the normal direction of a first end surface, covers the sheet-shaped contact part, and encloses the ring-shaped structure of the base. The conductive terminal and the rear plug are disposed on the extension structure. The rear plug includes conductive terminal tracks for accommodating the conductive terminals. Two sides of the rear plug block are provided with position-limit tracks and the engagement tracks. Wherein the rear plug is slidable on the extension structure.
Sealing insert
The aim is to insert cables into a housing with the minimum possible manual effort. In particular, the housing can be the housing of a plug connector, which possesses a modular system. To this end, the use of special pre-opened sealing inserts is proposed to facilitate the corresponding assembly effort and even enable simplified mechanical fitting.
Electrical connector
An electrical connector can have improved productivity, as well as a reduced size and thickness. The electrical connector includes an insulating housing including a plate-like portion and a main body portion provided at the rear of the plate-like portion so as to protrude laterally relative to the plate-like portion; a conductive contact held by the housing, the contact including connection portions exposed at the plate-like portion so as to be connected to a mating contact of a mating connector and terminal portions protruding from the main body portion; and an elastically deformable seal member provided in the main body portion.
Contact Device and Contact System
A contact device comprises an outer housing delimiting a first inner space, an inner housing delimiting a second inner space and arranged in the first inner space, a contact element arranged in the second inner space, a first sealing element arranged between the inner housing and the outer housing, and a second sealing element arranged between the contact element and the inner housing. The first sealing element seals the first inner space from an environment of the contact device. The second sealing device seals the second inner space from the environment.
RETAINER FOR RETAINING ACCESSORY PLUG AND CABLE TO A PORTABLE COMMUNICATION DEVICE
A retainer includes a main body having a top wall, a first side wall, a second side wall spaced opposite the first side wall, a front wall, and a rear wall spaced opposite the front wall along a longitudinal axis. The walls define an interior cavity sized and shaped to receive an accessory plug. The front wall defines a front opening that extends into the interior cavity and is sized and shaped to receive a portion of a cable. The front wall also includes a first hook and a second hook each positioned below the front opening. The rear wall includes a third hook extending forward into the interior cavity. The retainer is moved forward linearly, and parallel to the longitudinal axis, to secure the hooks to a portable communications device.
ELECTRICAL CONNECTOR ASSEMBLY
To provide an electrical connector assembly capable of reliably restricting the tilting of an adaptor connected to a connector to a predetermined angle or less, an electrical connector assembly includes a first connector, an adaptor, a tubular portion forming part of the adaptor with a supporting portion made of a rigid material, a plurality of resilient pieces, and engagement portions protruding radially outwardly from the distal end portions of the resilient pieces. The first connector involves a main body portion having an opening the main body portion has a peripheral wall forming a recess portion; and, when the adaptor is tilted a predetermined angle relative to the first connector while the adaptor is engaged in a mated state, the supporting portion restricts further tilting of the adaptor by abutting the peripheral wall.
