CONNECTOR PLUG, ABUTTING STRUCTURE OF THE SAME, AND ELECTRICAL CONNECTION MECHANISM HAVING THE SAME
A connector plug, abutting structure of the same, and electrical connection mechanism having the same are provided. The connector plug includes a connection body and an outer casing member. The outer casing member is disposed outside the connection body and includes an inner casing and an outer casing enclosing the inner casing. At least one engaging arm is disposed on the inner casing and has a pressing portion protruding from the outer casing and an engaging portion extending forward from the pressing portion and hanging on the sidewall of an insertion port of the connection body. At least one engaging hole is defined on a receptacle. When a plug is plugged into the receptacle, the engaging portion becomes engaged with the engaging hole to achieve connection.
CONNECTOR
A connector includes a terminal-equipped electric wire having a terminal connected to an end portion of an electric wire, housing to accommodate the terminal and to hold the terminal-equipped electric wire and a heat transfer member having elasticity. The housing includes a first housing having a terminal accommodating portion, and a second housing to hold the terminal-equipped electric wire. The second housing includes a resin holder to be mounted on an electric wire connection portion of the terminal and the end portion of the electric wire, and a metal holder to be externally mounted on the resin holder. The heat transfer member is disposed in a compressed and deformed state between an outer circumferential surface of at least: one of the electric wire connection portion of the terminal and the end portion of the electric wire and an inner circumferential surface of the second housing.
Connector Cage Assembly
A connector cage assembly includes a housing defining an upper port and a lower port stacked over each other in an up-down direction, an intermediate member between the upper port and the lower port in the up-down direction, and a movable stopper movably disposed on the intermediate member and movable between a first position and a second position in a front-rear direction perpendicular to the up-down direction. The movable stopper is at least partially located inside the intermediate member in the first position. The movable stopper at least partially extends beyond the intermediate member and limits a plug connector inserted into the lower port in the second position.
CONNECTOR
A connector includes a housing with a terminal accommodating chamber for inserting a terminal therein; and a mounting member configured to be mounted to the housing, wherein the mounting member includes: a front mask configured to cover a side of the housing on a terminal inserting direction side on which the terminal is inserted into the housing; a spacer configured to be inserted into the housing; and a hinge coupling the front mask to the spacer, wherein the spacer is configured to be locked in the housing in a temporary locked position and a final locked position of the housing, the final locked position being located deeper in the housing in an inserting direction than the temporary locked position, and wherein in a state where the spacer is positioned in the final locked position, the hinge is configured not to protrude from the housing.
Modular communications plug
A modular communications plug is disclosed having a simplified design that allows for more efficient termination of a cable into the plug. The plug includes modular components that are applicable to different applications.
SOCKET CONNECTOR
An island-like part includes an island-like main part, and two island-like end parts adjacent to the island-like main part in a pitch direction of a plurality of socket contacts. Each of the island-like end parts has an upper surface, an outward lengthwise side surface facing outward in the pitch direction, and two crosswise side surfaces facing in the width direction. Each of the protective metal fittings includes an upper-surface protective part covering an upper surface, an outward protective part extending downward from the upper-surface protective part and covering the outward lengthwise side surface, and two lateral protective parts extending downward from the upper-surface protective part and covering the two crosswise side surfaces, respectively. The outward protective part and the two lateral protective parts are directly connected to each other without the upper-surface protective part being interposed therebetween.
CHARGING APPARATUS, DISCHARGING APPARATUS, AND VEHICLE
A charging/discharging apparatus includes a base; a fixing base that is fixed and provided on the base; and a cover plate, wherein the fixing base includes an end plate; a connection member formed by extending from the end plate to the base and connected with the base; an opening provided on the end plate to perform charging and discharging; and an accommodation space formed by the connection member being recessed or formed by being surrounded by the connection member and the base, the cover plate is formed in an arch-shaped structure or a bending surface structure and includes an accommodation state in which the end plate is exposed and a covering state in which the end plate is covered, and when the cover plate is in the accommodation state, an end of the cover state which is close to the base is provided to be directed to the accommodation space.
Electric tool
An electric tool includes a body, a battery pack, and a guide portion including a primary guide unit and a secondary guide unit. The primary guide unit and the secondary guide unit each extend in a preset direction and the primary guide unit and the secondary guide unit each are arranged in the longitudinal direction between a connecting portion of the battery pack and a mounting portion of the body. The primary guide unit and the secondary guide unit implement rigid mating. The primary guide unit includes primary mating surfaces mating with each other in the transverse direction, the secondary guide unit includes secondary mating surfaces mating with each other in the transverse direction, and a ratio of a width of a transverse gap between the primary mating surfaces to a width of a transverse gap between the secondary mating surfaces is greater than or equal to 0.3.
ELECTRICAL PLUG
An electrical plug comprises at least one temperature sensor for monitoring temperature of the electrical plug. The electrical plug further comprises a data cable that is wrapped by a shield for screening electrical noise so as to accurately capture and convey temperature data. The electrical plug further comprises a housing for receiving the at least one temperature sensor, wherein the housing is capable of being embedded in the electrical plug.
HERMETICALLY SEALING CONNECTOR
In the case of a connector comprising two plug parts that can be plugged into one another with front housing parts adapted to one another (100, 200) as well as electrical contact elements (120, 220) adapted to one another, where-in the two front housing parts (100, 200) in the plugged together state overlap on regions facing one another (225), provision is made in particular that the two front housing parts (100, 200) outwardly seal the plug connection resulting from plugging the two plug parts together by means of a sealing lip (125) arranged on the one front housing part (100) as well as by means of an annular groove (230) arranged on the respective other front housing part (200), which is surrounded inwardly by annular rotary sealing surfaces (235, 235′) and surrounded outwardly by an annular rotary collar (225).
