Modular Backshell Housing
A backshell housing includes a pair of housing parts including a first housing part and a second housing part friction welded to one another. A cable passage of the first housing part is continuous with a cable passage of the second housing part.
ELECTRICAL CONNECTOR
An electrical connector has an insulative body, a plurality of conductive terminals and a shielding shell. The shell is formed by first and second shielding pieces. The first piece has an annular structure provided at the front and a first semi-enclosing structure provided at the rear. The annular structure has an insertion port. The port has a front portion of a mating cavity of the connector. Two sides of the first structure each are formed with a first joint portion. The second piece has a second semi-enclosing structure. Two sides of the second piece each are formed with a second joint portion which is correspondingly fixed to and engaged with the first joint portion. The second structure and the first structure face each other in an up-down direction and are engaged with each other to enclose a tongue so as to form a rear portion of the mating cavity.

ELECTRICAL CONNECTOR HAVING INSERT MOLDED HOLDING MEMBERS
An electrical connector includes an insulative housing; plural contacts secured to the insulative housing, and a pair of holding members insert molded with the insulative housing, the holding member including a base, a pair of arms extending from the base, and a pair of contact portions bent inwardly from the arms, wherein the base is embedded in the insulative housing. Also an electrical connector includes an insulative housing, plural contacts secured to the insulative housing, and a pair of holding members insert molded with the insulative housing, each holding member including a base, a pair of arms extending from the base, and a head bent inwardly from the base, wherein the base is embedded in the insulative housing.
Bracket assembly for reinforcing connectors on printed circuit boards
This document describes a bracket assembly for reinforcing connectors on printed circuit boards. In some aspects, an apparatus is described that includes a device chassis with a stopper feature, a printed circuit board (PCB) attached to the device chassis, and an extended connector assembly mounted to the PCB. The extended connector assembly includes a connector and a connector reinforcing bracket. The connector reinforcing bracket increases a length of the connector to reduce the magnitude of a bending moment induced in the PCB by a connector insertion force. The connector reinforcing bracket also limits deformation of the PCB caused by the connector insertion force.
Connector Housing
A connector housing includes a housing main body and a latch arm having a latch arm main body and a latch portion protruding from the latch arm main body. The latch arm main body is formed of a first material, extends like a cantilever from the housing main body, and is elastically deformable with respect to the housing main body. The latch portion is formed of a second material having a higher rigidity than the first material and latches with a latched member. A transition region between the first material and the second material has a continuously changing mixing ratio between the first material and the second material.
Calibrator lead set for automated calibration
A calibrator lead set, which electrically couples a first device and a second device during calibration of the second device, includes a cable having multiple wires, a first interface connector coupled to a first end of the wires of the cable, and a plurality of second interface connectors coupled to a second end of the wires that is opposite the first end of the wires. The first interface connector includes a connector retaining portion, multiple connection terminals extending from the connector retaining portion, and a sheath extending from the connector retaining portion and surrounding the connection terminals extending from the connector retaining portion. The sheath may be transparent to facilitate positioning of the connection terminals of the first interface connector. The second interface connectors may include a first sheathed, double banana plug connector and a second sheathed, double banana plug connector stackable on the first sheathed, double banana plug connector.
WIRING COMPONENT WITH TEMPERATURE SENSOR
A wiring component with temperature sensor includes an electric wire, a temperature sensor including a detection unit configured to detect temperature of the electric wire and a plurality of lead wires, and a plurality of connector pins respectively connected to the plurality of lead wires. The electric wire, the temperature sensor and the plurality of connector pins are collectively held by a holder made of a resin. The holder includes a connector housing member configured to hold the plurality of connector pins and a molded resin member covering a portion of the connector housing member.

Module Connector
A module connector includes a first connection part and a second connection part that can be electrically conductively connected with the first connection part. The first connection part has a first attachment element and the second connection part has a second attachment element; the first attachment element can be inserted into the second attachment element. Each of the first connection part and the second connection part has a contact protection at a side facing the other connection part. The contact protection has an outer electrically insulating collar and an electrically insulating protection pin surrounded by the outer electrically insulating collar. At least one of the first connection part and the second connection part has a current bridge between the outer electrically insulating collar and the electrically insulating protection pin. The outer electrically insulating collar and the electrically insulating protection pin extend beyond the current bridge.
