CONNECTOR ASSEMBLY
A connector assembly includes: a plug connector including a mold support, a first terminal structure protruding from the mold support in a first direction, and a first housing surrounding the mold support and the first terminal structure; and a receptacle connector including a second terminal structure electrically connected to the first terminal structure and a second housing surrounding the second terminal structure and fastened to the first housing, wherein the first housing includes a cylindrical first plug periphery surrounding the mold support and extending in the first direction, and a second plug periphery protruding from the first plug periphery in the first direction. The second plug periphery includes a protruding wall covering at least part of both sides of the first terminal structure and a cover covering an upper surface of the first terminal structure, and exposes a lower surface of the first terminal structure.
Mating segment structure of female terminal
A female terminal has a mating segment, and the mating segment includes a pair of channels. Each of the channels has a base wall, an upper side wall and a lower side wall. Each of the channels has a base part, a port part, and a connection part connecting the base part and the port part. A base wall of the connection part of each of the channels is connected to a base wall of the base part. An upper side wall and a lower side wall of the connection part respectively have a cantilever contact component connected to the base wall of the connection part. In each of the channels, a base wall of the port part is connected to the base wall of the connection part. The port part of each of the channels and a port part of another channel together form a frame port.
Mating segment structure of female terminal
A female terminal has a mating segment, and the mating segment includes a pair of channels. Each of the channels has a base wall, an upper side wall and a lower side wall. Each of the channels has a base part, a port part, and a connection part connecting the base part and the port part. A base wall of the connection part of each of the channels is connected to a base wall of the base part. An upper side wall and a lower side wall of the connection part respectively have a cantilever contact component connected to the base wall of the connection part. In each of the channels, a base wall of the port part is connected to the base wall of the connection part. The port part of each of the channels and a port part of another channel together form a frame port.
Terminal assembly and board end connector
The present disclosure provides a terminal assembly and board end connector. The terminal assembly comprises a plurality of terminals, a terminal insulation body and a conductive plastic. Each of the terminals comprises a terminal body, a plugging end part and a connecting end part. The plugging end part and the connecting end part are provided at two ends of the terminal body. The terminal insulation body covers the plurality of the terminal bodies of the plurality of terminals. The conductive plastic is disposed on one side of the terminal insulation body. A surface of the conductive plastic close to the terminal body is parallel to the terminal body. The SI performance of the board end connector equipped with the terminal assembly of the present disclosure can be improved by paralleling a surface of the conductive plastic close to the terminal body to the terminal body.
Connector arrangement
A connector arrangement comprises at least at least two cables, each comprising one cable sheath, and respectively one shielding arranged within the cable sheath. The shielding is exposed from the cable sheath at one cable end. The connector arrangement additionally comprises a connector housing made of an electrically conductive material, in which there is realized a respective a leadthrough for each cable. The exposed shielding of each cable is located in the respective leadthrough, and is frictionally connected to the connector housing. The connector arrangement also comprises a crimp barrel. The crimp barrel encloses the connector housing and each leadthrough, and is frictionally connected to the connector housing.
Connector arrangement
A connector arrangement comprises at least at least two cables, each comprising one cable sheath, and respectively one shielding arranged within the cable sheath. The shielding is exposed from the cable sheath at one cable end. The connector arrangement additionally comprises a connector housing made of an electrically conductive material, in which there is realized a respective a leadthrough for each cable. The exposed shielding of each cable is located in the respective leadthrough, and is frictionally connected to the connector housing. The connector arrangement also comprises a crimp barrel. The crimp barrel encloses the connector housing and each leadthrough, and is frictionally connected to the connector housing.
Connector Retention Clip
A connector retention clip is disclosed. The connector retention clip can include a connector housing having a plurality of connector walls defining a connector opening operable to receive a coupled receptacle and plug connector therein. The plurality of connector walls can include a receptacle end wall and a plug end wall operable to extend about ends of the receptacle and plug, respectively, to provide a mechanical barrier preventing uncoupling of the coupled receptacle and plug connector. In addition, the connector retention clip can include a cable housing extending from the connector housing. The cable housing can have at least one cable wall defining a cable opening operable to receive a cable therein that extends from the coupled receptacle and plug connector.
Connector Retention Clip
A connector retention clip is disclosed. The connector retention clip can include a connector housing having a plurality of connector walls defining a connector opening operable to receive a coupled receptacle and plug connector therein. The plurality of connector walls can include a receptacle end wall and a plug end wall operable to extend about ends of the receptacle and plug, respectively, to provide a mechanical barrier preventing uncoupling of the coupled receptacle and plug connector. In addition, the connector retention clip can include a cable housing extending from the connector housing. The cable housing can have at least one cable wall defining a cable opening operable to receive a cable therein that extends from the coupled receptacle and plug connector.
TERMINAL ASSEMBLY AND BOARD END CONNECTOR
The present disclosure provides a terminal assembly and board end connector. The terminal assembly comprises a plurality of terminals, a terminal insulation body and a conductive plastic. Each of the terminals comprises a terminal body, a plugging end part and a connecting end part. The plugging end part and the connecting end part are provided at two ends of the terminal body. The terminal insulation body covers the plurality of the terminal bodies of the plurality of terminals. The conductive plastic is disposed on one side of the terminal insulation body. A surface of the conductive plastic close to the terminal body is parallel to the terminal body. The SI performance of the board end connector equipped with the terminal assembly of the present disclosure can be improved by paralleling a surface of the conductive plastic close to the terminal body to the terminal body.
POWER SUPPLY
A power supply includes a cover body, a metal plate, a metal clip, a circuit board and a housing. The metal plate is partially disposed in a first space of the cover body. The metal clip is disposed in the first space and electrically connected to the metal plate, and includes an upper spring piece, a lower spring piece and a connecting piece. The connecting piece has a fixing portion corresponding to a gap between the upper and lower spring pieces. The circuit board includes an input portion and an output portion. The input portion is disposed in the gap, and has a protruding part for engaging with the fixing portion. The housing includes an output interface and an opening communicating with an accommodating space of the housing. The cover body is connected to the opening. The output interface is electrically connected to the output portion.
