TABLET DOCKING STATION
An apparatus for mounting an object having one or more electrical contacts within a vehicle, the object. The apparatus comprises a base configured to receive the object, the base comprising a mounting surface and a docking surface. A docking connector is coupled to the docking surface and is configured to electrically connect with the one or more electrical contacts of the object. The docking connector is movable relative to the docking surface between a first position and a second position. When the docking connector is electrically connected with the one or more electrical contacts of the object, a second main surface of the object is positioned obliquely relative to the mounting surface in the first position of the docking connector and the second main surface of the object is aligned in contact with the mounting surface in the second position of the docking connector.

Pre-Assembled Plug Assembly for a Plug Extending Through a Wall
A plug assembly for an electrical plug extending through a wall includes a first housing part having a contact chamber receiving an electrical contact, a second housing part having a receptacle in which the first housing part is received, and a base plate fastening the plug assembly to the wall. The plug assembly is pre-assembled by fastening the first housing part and the second housing part on different sides of the base plate.

CONNECTOR
A connector 10 is provided with a flexible wire 20, a terminal 30 to be connected to the wire 20, and a housing 40 for accommodating the wire 20 and the terminal 30. The housing 40 includes a housing body 50 for accommodating the wire 20 and a holder 70 for accommodating and holding the terminal 30. The holder 70 is configured to be swingable in a plane direction together with the terminal 30 with respect to the housing body 50 by being attached to the housing body 50 with a play between the housing body 50 and the holder 70. A gap for allowing the wire 20 to be bent, following a swinging motion of the terminal 30, is provided between the housing body 50 and the wire 20.
Electrical connector assembly with retaining device
A connector assembly includes a connector body defining a plurality of cavities, extending longitudinally through the connector body. The cavities are configured to receive inner terminal housings configured to hold electrical terminals attached to electrical cables disposed within the cavities. The connector assembly further includes a retaining device slidably attached to the connector body and moveable from a pre-staged position to a staged position. The retaining device allows the inner terminal housings to be inserted or removed from the cavities when in the pre-staged position and inhibits the inner terminal housings from being inserted or removed from the cavities when in the staged position.

Locking mechanism for a plug connector housing
A locking mechanism for first and second housing parts of a housing of a plug connector, includes a push button, which extends in the axial longitudinal direction through an opening of the first housing part into the interior of the housing. The push button is movably arranged, relative to the housing, between predetermined first and second axial positions, which correspond with the first and second positions of the housing parts. The push button and an interior locking element are configured such that the push button is in pressure contact to the locking element and interacts with the locking element such that, in the case of movement of the push button from the first to the second positions a radial pressure contact between the two housing parts is provided such that a gap between the first and second housing parts is minimized.

CONNECTOR
The connector includes: an axial member that is a cylindrical conductor; a central contact disposed inside along a central axis of the axial member; an insulating member interposed between the axial member and the central contact and which holds the central contact; a first flange and a second flange provided on an outer peripheral surface of the axial member; and a metal spring provided along an outer peripheral surface of the axial member. The metal spring includes: a C-shaped metal spring body; curved parts; elastic pieces that extend from the curved parts so as to face an outer peripheral surface of the metal spring body; inner protrusions provided on an inner peripheral surface of the metal spring body so as to protrude inside the metal spring body; and outer protrusions provided on outer peripheral surfaces of the elastic pieces so as to protrude outside the elastic pieces.
