Provides is an assembly for sealing a juncture of a cable in a wall. The wall includes at least one aperture. The aperture is used for coupling a connector comprised in the cable. A cable end is provided with at least one flange. The flange surrounds at least in part the cable end. The assembly includes at least one strain relief element. The strain relief element is configured, once in a position to cooperate with the wall and the flange, to press, directly or indirectly, the flange against the wall when the connector is coupled while the strain relief element remains attached to the wall, so that the flange surrounds, directly or indirectly, the aperture and prevents, directly or indirectly, any foreign matter from passing the juncture of the cable at the aperture.
TERMINAL-EQUIPPED ELECTRIC WIRE AND CONNECTOR-EQUIPPED ELECTRIC WIRE
It is an object to provide a technique with which the length of a portion of a terminal-equipped electric wire disposed in a cavity of a connector housing can be shortened. A terminal-equipped electric wire including: a coated electric wire including a conductor core wire and an insulation coating that covers the conductor core wire; a joint terminal connected to the conductor core wire; a connector terminal to be connected to a partner terminal; a single-core relay conductor in which one end thereof is connected to the joint terminal and another end thereof is connected to the connector terminal; and a sealing member that covers an intermediate portion of the relay conductor. A wire barrel of the joint terminal is crimped to the conductor core wire and the relay conductor at the same position in a longitudinal direction of the joint terminal.
Waterproof connector and device with connector
A waterproof connector that is easy to design and manufacture and that can provide sufficiently close contact with respect to a through hole including a tapered opening is provided. A sealing member that provides waterproofness of the waterproof connector includes an inner tube portion and an outer tube portion, and the connector body includes a holding projection. The holding projection is configured to be inserted between the inner tube portion and the outer tube portion from a rear side in an insertion direction and configured to push the outer tube portion against an inner circumferential face of the tapered opening when the sealing member is received between the outer circumferential face of the connector body and the inner circumferential face of the tapered opening.
Electrical Charging Flap
The present disclosure relates to a charge flap arrangement comprising an engagement feature, a sealing unit for said charge flap arrangement, a hinge arm assembly for said charge flap arrangement and a method for assembling said hinge arm assembly.
Assemblies for sealing cable connections
A system for sealing a cable connection against external elements includes a duct, a first sealing portion and a second sealing portion. The duct has first and second ends and is configured to internally accommodate at least one cable connection element and an end of a cable. The first sealing portion is engageable to the first end of the duct such that when the first sealing portion is engaged to the first end of the duct, a watertight seal is created. The second sealing portion is engageable to the second end of the duct such that when the second sealing portion is engaged to the second end of the duct and the end of the cable is engaged to the second sealing portion, a watertight seal is created between the second sealing portion and the second end of the duct and between the second sealing portion and the end of the cable.
Plug Element for a Remote-Controlled Massage Device
A plug element for connecting a massage device to an energy source which includes a housing having two charging electrodes for connecting to an energy source, a control unit, a wireless data communications device, and a PCB antenna for transmitting and receiving radio signals of the wireless data communications device. The plug element also includes a cable emerging from the housing for connecting the plug element to the massage device. The plug element is provided at a first end of the cable and the opposing second end of the cable is configured for connecting to a massage device. The housing, the cable, and the connection between the housing and the cable are configured to be liquid-proof.
ELECTRICAL CONNECTOR SUPPORT RING
Provided are embodiments for an electrical connector system. Embodiments include an electrical connector and a support ring where the support ring includes a baseplate having a first side and a second side, a recessed portion on a first side of a baseplate for a primary O-ring, and a sidewall extending from the second base plate. Embodiments also include a housing coupled to the support ring, wherein the sidewall extends into the housing, wherein the support ring is coupled to the electrical connector on the first side, and the support ring is coupled to the housing on the second side. Also provided are embodiments for the support ring and assembling the electrical connector system.
ELECTRICAL CONNECTOR ASSEMBLY
An electrical connector assembly includes a first electrical connector and a second electrical connector. The first electrical connector includes a first insulative housing having a receiving room, a number of conductive terminals affixed to the first insulative housing, and a metal shell enclosing the first insulative housing. The insulative housing defines a top wall and a bottom wall separated from the top wall. The conductive terminals are arranged in an upper row and a lower row. The second electrical connector includes a second insulative housing having a tongue portion extending forwardly and a number of mating terminals disposed on the tongue portion. The first electrical connector is located in an electrical device. The tongue portion of the second electrical connector is received in the receiving room of the first insulative housing. The tongue portion is sandwiched between the top wall and the bottom wall.
ELECTRICAL CONNECTOR
An electrical connector includes: a contact module comprising an insulative housing having a base portion and a tongue portion, and a number of conductive terminals affixed to the insulative housing and each comprising a contacting portion exposed to a surface of the tongue portion, a soldering portion and a connecting portion connecting the contacting portion and the soldering portion; and a metal shell comprising a pair of locking grooves depressed forwardly from a rear surface thereof; wherein the insulative housing comprises a pair of mounting portions located at two lateral sides of a rear end thereof, the mounting portions are stuck in the locking grooves when the contact module is assembled to the metal shell along a rear-to-front direction, and a lower portion of each mounting portion is resisted against the rear surface of the metal shell.
CONNECTOR ASSEMBLY FOR ACTIVE IMPLANTABLE MEDICAL DEVICE
An implantable medical device includes a cover assembly and a feedthrough assembly that couples with the cover assembly. The cover assembly receives a connector end of a lead having lead contacts, and aligns the lead contacts with pockets or apertures of the cover assembly.
