Process for reversibly connecting a sensor to an inlet

The present disclosure relates to a process connection for connecting a sensor to a process inlet via a process seal and a fixing element. The process connection includes a sensor housing and a clamping element. The sensor housing has a housing body configured to receive the sensor and a housing collar that extends around the housing body and has a first sealing section, which encircles the housing body, and a contact area. The housing collar is formed integrally with the housing body. The first sealing section is suitable for receiving the process seal to connect the process inlet to the housing collar in a fluid-tight manner. The clamping element has a contact area which is suitable for coming into contact with the contact area of the housing collar to press the housing collar onto the process seal.

GROUNDING DEVICE FOR MAINTAINING A GROUND PATH BETWEEN A COMPONENT OF A CONNECTOR AND AN INTERFACE PORT WHEN THE GROUNDING DEVICE FLEXES

A grounding device for maintaining a ground path between a component of a connector and an interface port when the grounding device flexes includes a sealing member configured to form a conductive ground path between a component of a connector and an interface port. The sealing member comprises a sealing portion that is configured to overlie a grounding portion toward a radial direction of the connector when the connector is assembled, and the sealing portion and the grounding portion of the sealing member are configured to flex when a force is applied to the sealing member so as to maintain a ground path between the component of the connector and the interface port when the sealing portion and the grounding portion flex and when a force is applied to the sealing member during operation of the connector.

Seals for lead bores of implantable medical devices

Seals used within lead bores of implantable medical devices for creating a seal to implantable medical leads inserted into the lead bores include an inner cylinder that engages the lead body. The inner cylinder is surrounded by a gap to either an outer cylinder of the seal or to surrounding structures of the implantable medical device. The inner cylinder has freedom of movement within the gap such that movement of the lead body that is off-axis relative to a centerline of the lead bore causes movement of the inner cylinder that is providing the seal. In this manner, the seal engagement to the lead body is maintained during this off-axis movement of the lead body.

A sealing device adapted for an object to be disposed through is provided. The sealing device includes a casing, a sealing elastic member, and a pressing member. The casing has an accommodating groove and a penetrating via communicated with the accommodating groove. The sealing elastic member is detachably disposed in the accommodating groove and has a through hole aligned with the penetrating via. The sealing elastic member is adapted to be compressed along an axis. The through hole has a first inner diameter before compression and a second inner diameter after compression. An outer dimension of the object is less than or equal to the first inner diameter and greater than the second inner diameter. The pressing member is detachably disposed at the casing and presses against the sealing elastic member, so that the compressed sealing elastic member is fixed in the accommodating groove.

CONNECTOR

A connector comprises a housing, a holder, a contact, an electrical wire and a sleeve member. The housing is formed with a contact accommodating portion. The contact accommodating portion is formed with a first receiving portion. The holder is formed with a second receiving portion. The contact is provided with a first press-fit portion. The sleeve member is provided with a first abutment portion, a second abutment portion and a second press-fit portion. The first abutment portion abuts against the first receiving portion. The second abutment portion abuts against the second receiving portion. One of the first press-fit portion and the second press-fit portion is press-fit into a remaining one of the first press-fit portion and the second press-fit portion in a direction perpendicular to the front-rear direction and thereby a relative movement of the sleeve member with respect to the contact along the front-rear direction is regulated.
