Connector for battery box of electric vehicle and battery box, electric vehicle thereof
A connector includes a male connector, a female connector and a rotating clamping structure. The male connector includes a first housing with multiple channels, the female connector includes a second housing with at least one positioning slot. The rotating clamping structure includes a third housing, multiple first positioning pins, multiple stoppers and multiple second positioning pins. The rotating clamping structure can realize the locking or separation of the male connector and the female connector.
Connection Assembly and Connector with Rotatable Position Assurance
A connection assembly of a connector comprises a connection housing, a locking element and a position assurance device. The connection housing is interconnectable with a counter connection housing along a connection axis. The locking element is movable between a locking position fixing the counter connection housing to the connection housing, and a release position releasing the counter connection housing from the connection housing. The position assurance device movable between a disconnection position, in which the position assurance device permits movement of the locking element from the locking position to the release position, and a blocking position, in which the position assurance device fixes the locking element in the locking position. The position assurance device is rotated about the connection axis on the connection housing when moving between the disconnection position and the blocking position.
MODULAR PLUG
A plug for use in an electrical connector system includes a handle body assembly comprising a handle body and a flange disposed on an end of the handle body. The flange defines a plurality of openings. A sleeve assembly includes a sleeve and a flange disposed on an end of the sleeve. The flange on the sleeve defines a plurality of openings. The openings in the flange on the handle body are aligned with the openings in the flange on the sleeve. A contact assembly is disposed, at least partially, in the sleeve of the sleeve assembly. The contact assembly includes a contact holder and a plurality of contacts coupled to the contact holder. Fasteners extend through the aligned openings in the flanges to secure the handle body assembly to the sleeve assembly.
Transceiver assembly array with fixed heatsink and floating transceivers
A cage assembly includes a cage including a top wall and a bottom wall and an electrical receptacle positioned between the top wall and the bottom wall such that the electrical receptacle floats within the cage in opposite directions between the top wall and the bottom wall.
Connecting apparatus
A connecting apparatus comprising a holding member and a conductive member. The holding member has holding portions. The conductive member has a plurality of held portions, a plurality of contact portions, a plurality of extending portions and a plurality of coupling portions. Each of the extending portions extends rearward in a front-rear direction from one of the held portions and protrudes rearward in the front-rear direction beyond the holding portion. The extending portions are positioned apart from each other in a right-left direction. The coupling portions are positioned apart from each other in the right-left direction. The coupling portions are positioned rearward of the extending portions in the front-rear direction. Each of the coupling portions couples two of the extending portions with each other. Two of the held portions, which are adjacent to each other in the right-left direction, are coupled with the two extending portions, respectively.
CONNECTOR, WIRING HARNESS AND ASSEMBLY METHOD THEREFOR
A connector includes a plurality of terminals to be respectively connected to end parts of a plurality of wires, an annular connector housing for accommodating the plurality of terminals, and an inner member to be mounted on an end part of the connector housing. The connector includes a plurality of through holes provided in the inner member, the plurality of wires being individually passed through the plurality of through holes, a plurality of annular sealing members to be individually fit inside the plurality of through holes, and an annular sealing member to be fit outside the inner member. The sealing members are held in close contact with outer peripheral surfaces of the wires and inner peripheral surfaces of the through holes. The sealing member is held in close contact with an outer peripheral surface of the inner member and an inner peripheral surface of the connector housing.
ELECTRICAL CONDUCTOR FOR CONDUCTING ELECTRICAL CURRENT THROUGH A HOUSING AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THE SAME
The invention relates to an electrical conductor for conducting electrical current through a housing, wherein a sealing body made of an elastic material is arranged on the electrical conductor, wherein the sealing body encloses the electrical conductor in a first sealing section radially surrounding the electrical conductor, wherein a housing part is arranged on the electrical conductor. The housing part radially encloses at least part of the surface of the sealing body, which is not in contact with the electrical conductor in the first sealing section, in a second sealing section, wherein the elastic material of the sealing body comprises at least one hollow chamber and/or is an elastomer foam. The invention further relates to a corresponding method for manufacturing.
Vehicle charge port
A vehicle charge port assembly includes a housing having a port configured to couple to a charge-station coupler. The port includes a plurality of terminals and a back cover attached to a back side of the housing and defining openings that receive the terminals. The port further includes wires, each joined to one of the terminals, and seals each encircling one of the wires and disposed in a corresponding one of the openings.
Waterproof connector and device with connector
A waterproof connector that is easy to design and manufacture and that can provide sufficiently close contact with respect to a through hole including a tapered opening is provided. A sealing member that provides waterproofness of the waterproof connector includes an inner tube portion and an outer tube portion, and the connector body includes a holding projection. The holding projection is configured to be inserted between the inner tube portion and the outer tube portion from a rear side in an insertion direction and configured to push the outer tube portion against an inner circumferential face of the tapered opening when the sealing member is received between the outer circumferential face of the connector body and the inner circumferential face of the tapered opening.
Cable connector and method for manufacturing cable connector
A cable connector can suppress an increase in machining cost and restrict variations in quality while preventing loosening of the caulking, stabilizing conduction with a conductive part of the cable, and preventing a decrease in the fixing strength to the cable. A cable connector includes a conductive contact that is connected to an internal conductive part; an insulating insulator that holds the contact; a conductive shell that includes a caulking section caulked to an external insulating part and covers the insulator; and a cylindrical conductive outer sleeve that is located over the caulking section and caulked to the external insulating part via the caulking section.
