A connector structure for an inner-tube decorative lamp of a Christmas tree is disclosed. The connector structure includes a male connector and a female connector. A first and a second male connector fixing plastic portion are respectively disposed on both sides of the male connector, and a male connector insertion groove and a rubber sleeve groove are defined in each of the first and second male connector fixing plastic portions. A first bolt mounting hole is defined in each of the first and second male connector fixing plastic portions. A first fixing bolt is disposed to pass through the inside of the first bolt mounting hole. A rubber sleeve is sleeved on one end of the male connector, and a first wire is connected to one end of the male connector.
Waterproof connector and manufacturing method thereof
The present disclosure discloses a waterproof connector including an integral insulating body, a number of conductive terminals, and an insulating block. The insulating body includes a rear end portion, a front end portion, and a middle portion. The rear end portion defines a number of terminal grooves. The front end portion defines a mating space. The middle portion includes a receiving channel communicating with the terminal grooves. The terminals are disposed in the terminal grooves and extend towards the mating space. The insulating block is injection-molded in the receiving channel and seamlessly fixes the conductive terminals in the terminal grooves. The waterproof connector of the present disclosure can prevent water and dust from entering therein. A method of manufacturing the waterproof connector is also provided.
HIGH POWER COAXIAL ADAPTERS AND CONNECTORS
Coaxial cable adapters and connectors are provided that are particularly suited for use in high power applications. A flowable insulator filling a cavity within the adapters and connectors improves heat conduction from inner conductors outwards while providing electrical insulation around the inner conductors.
Method for producing a head part of an implantable medical device
A method for producing a head part of an implantable medical device is described, with a head part housing, which has a recess in the form of a blind hole, along which at least one electrically conducting contact ring element, together with an electrically insulating, elastically deformable sealing ring, are joined together in a force fit in a coaxial arrangement and an axial serial sequence under an axial joining force. The method is characterized in that the generation of the joining force between the at least one contact ring element and the sealing ring is executed along the assembly tool by use of means of attachment fitted on both sides of the at least one contact ring element and the sealing ring along the assembly tool, of which at least one means of attachment is axially movably and detachably fixed in an axially secure manner to the assembly tool.
Vaporizer device body
Features relating to a vaporizer body are provided. The vaporizer body may include an outer shell that includes an inner region defined by an outer shell sidewall. A support structure is configured to fit within the inner region of the outer shell. The support structure includes a storage region defined by a top support structure, a bottom support structure, a bottom cap, and a gasket. An integrated board assembly is configured to fit within the storage region of the support structure. The integrated board assembly may include a printed circuit board assembly formed of multiple layers that form a rigid structure and that include an inner, flexible layer. A first antenna is integrated at a proximal end of the flexible layer, and a second antenna is integrated at a distal end of the flexible layer.
Electrical feedthrough and medical device
An electrical feedthrough (1) is provided for improving the thermal properties and the electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) and also for simplified production of a medical instrument (7), in which electrical feedthrough individual contact pins (4), which are guided through a glass body (2) in a housing (20) of the instrument (7), are electrically connected to one another by a pluggable plug element (5), preferably in the form of a sheet metal part. Here, the plug element (5) firstly provides high thermal and electrical conductivity and secondly provides a shielding area that effectively prevents the input coupling of electromagnetic radiation. Preferably, the plug element (5) is formed in such a way that it independently develops a holding force for securing itself to the contact pins (4).
Connector and fitting connector
A connector according to the present invention includes a terminal fitting, a housing component which houses the terminal fitting, and an annular water cut-off member which is assembled to an outer peripheral surface of the fitting portion of the housing component and brings an outer peripheral side of the water cut-off member into close contact with an inner peripheral surface of a mating fitting portion at a fitting completion position.
ELECTRICAL PLUG CONNECTOR FOR A BUSBAR
