CONNECTOR ASSEMBLY AND BATTERY MODULE
Proposed are a connector assembly and a battery module. The connector assembly may include a connector formed so that an external connector is inserted therein through a connector insertion portion formed in a casing, and a cover part coupled to the connector while surrounding an outer peripheral surface of the connector so as to seal a gap between the connector and the connector insertion portion. Accordingly, it is possible to block or delay discharge of a flame through the connector insertion portion of the battery module.
ELASTOMER SEAL SPRING
The seal spring of the present invention has a dual functionality. The seal spring provides both a sealing property and spring function in use within an electrical connector system, which is accomplished by its elastomeric qualities The seal spring is preferably comprised of Silicone, EPDM rubber or materials and compositions that provide similar performance during use, or the like. The seal spring of the present invention is not limited or defined into a spring section or a seal section by its geometry. Shown is an implementation of the seal spring within a conductive female housing and connector assembly. The seal spring compresses and provides adequate spring force against a disk ferrule assembly, pressing the disk ferrule assembly, with a wire shield, against a conductive female outer housing, providing a grounding scheme for the connector assembly. The seal spring also seals against the female outer housing and a wire.
ELECTRICAL CONNECTOR
An electrical connector, including an insulating body, multiple terminals, a metal shell, a collar, and a water-proof glue, is provided. The terminals are disposed in the insulating body. The metal shell is disposed outside the insulating body and surrounds the insulating body and the terminals. The collar is sleeved onto an outer wall of the metal shell. The collar has a first plate portion, a second plate portion, and a bending portion. The bending portion is connected between the first plate portion and the second plate portion. The first plate portion is connected to the outer wall of the metal shell, and the second plate portion is away from the outer wall of the metal shell. The water-proof glue is disposed between the second plate portion of the collar and the bending portion and the outer wall of the metal shell.
ELECTRICAL CONNECTOR
An electrical connector including a plurality of terminals, a first insulating body, a second insulating body, a shell, and a waterproof member is provided. The terminals are respectively retained in the first insulating body and the second insulating body. The shell is sheathed to the first insulating body and the second insulating body. The shell has a front edge and a rear edge opposite to each other along an insertion direction. The front edge is used for mating another electrical connector. At least one opening is formed by the rear edge and the second insulating body. The first insulating body and the second insulating body are separated from each other. A space is formed by the first insulating body, the second insulating body, and the shell. The space is communicated with an external environment via the at least one opening. The waterproof member is filled into the space.
Multi-use connector for tracer wire
Trace wire connectors that include a cover that can be attached to a base and used to electrically interconnect two or more tracer wires without having to remove insulation from the tracer wires. The cover has multiple portals that permit one or more tracer wires to pass into an inner cavity of the cover. The base has multiple cradles on which tracer wires passing into the cavity can rest. The cover can be oriented relative to the base for use with a through tracer wire and a dead-end tracer wire, or for use with multiple dead-end tracer wires.
WATERPROOF ELECTRICAL CONNECTOR HAVING A SEALER BETWEEN CONATCT MODULE AND OUTER SHELL
An electrical connector includes: a contact module having an insulative housing, two rows of terminals affixed to the insulative housing, and a metal shielding plate, the insulative housing comprising an annular receiving groove, a base portion located behind the annular receiving groove, and a tongue portion extending forwardly from the annular receiving groove, each terminal having a contacting portion exposed to a surface of the tongue portion, a soldering portion, and a connecting portion; an inner metal shell attached to the contact module; and an outer shell enclosing the inner metal shell; the connecting portion has an exposed portion located at a rear end of the connecting portion and suspended in the annular receiving groove, the annular receiving groove receives glue to form a sealer sealing between the contact module and the outer shell, and the exposed portion is embedded in the glue.
Protective Apparatus for Electrical Plug Connections
A protective insert fits between a plug and a power outlet or another plug and is designed to undergo elastic deformation when pressed between a plug and a power outlet, or between a male plug and a female plug, filling the space between the plug and the power outlet, or between the plugs. As a result, open pockets or pathways between the plugs or the plug and the power outlet that would allow for the entry of moisture are avoided, being filled by the insert. The insert has a body made of a suitably soft material to undergo elastic deformation between a plug and a power outlet or another plug, and two or three apertures with placement and size to allow the insert to fit around the prongs on the face of a plug.
TIDAL CURRENT GENERATOR HAVING UNDERWATER CONNECTING STRUCTURE
Disclosed herein is a tidal current power generator having an underwater connecting structure, which is capable of ensuring the promptness, correctness and safety of an electrical coupling without support by a diver. The tidal current power generator includes: a nacelle in which a turbine rotor and a power generator are installed; and a tower which is coupled to or decoupled from the nacelle. A plug connector is included in the tower. The nacelle includes a hollow tube forming a passage in which the plug connector is inserted and being filled with a nonconductive filler, a socket connector coupled to the inside of the hollow tube and connected to the power generator, and a check valve which is installed in the passage of the hollow tube and prevents the filler from escaping from the hollow tube when the plug connector is not inserted in the hollow tube.
WATERPROOF STRUCTURE FOR ELECTRIC MOTOR
To provide a waterproof structure for an electric motor that simultaneously achieves electrical connection between a power connector and a wiring substrate, an earth connection between the power connector and a stator, and sealing between the power connector and the stator. A power connector (6) includes a sealing member (7) that seals between the power connector (6) and a stator (2), a wiring substrate (5) and the power connector (6) include connector connecting parts (53, 63), and the stator (2) and the power connector 6 include earth connecting parts (34, 64).
HERMETICALLY SEALED ELECTRICAL CONNECTOR ASSEMBLY
The interposer can include a substrate and first and second electrical connectors mounted to the substrate. The first electrical connector is configured to mate with a hard disk drive subassembly, and the second electrical connector is configured to mate with a flat flex circuit subassembly. The hard disk drive subassembly includes a hard disk drive case, a printed circuit board, and a third electrical connector mounted to the printed circuit board. The first and third electrical connectors are configured to mate with each other through the hard disk drive case so as to mate the interposer to the hard disk drive subassembly. The hard disk drive case can be hermetically sealed to the substrate of the interposer to prevent gas leakage
