Vacuum sealed connector for electronic devices
A vacuum generator is included within an accessory or an electronic device and generates a vacuum seal within mated connectors of the accessory and the electronic device to protect against ingression of moisture and/or debris. A vacuum release valve is used to break the vacuum seal and allow the accessory to be demated from the electronic device. A sensor is used to monitor the vacuum level.
RECEPTACLE HOUSING AND RECEPTACLE
The present disclosure discloses a receptacle housing and a receptacle. The receptacle housing comprises a housing body and a hole wall. The hole wall continuously extends from the housing body along an axial direction of the housing body. The hole wall surrounds along a circumferential direction of the housing body to form a mounting hole for accommodating a corresponding connecting terminal. The hole wall is provided with a water draining through-hole. By providing the water draining through-hole in the hole wall, the receptacle housing according to the present disclosure may drain water accumulated in the mounting hole in such a circumstance as water drops are brought therein upon plugging a mating connecting terminal, and provide water draining channels by means of such an ingenious structural design that safety performance may be enhanced.
SEALING ELEMENT, SEAL ASSEMBLY AND RECEPTACLE
The present disclosure discloses a sealing element, a seal assembly and a receptacle. The sealing element comprises a pair of seal sidewalls that are arranged to be spaced from each other and a connecting top wall. Each of the seal sidewalls includes a pair of seal surfaces. The pair of seal sidewalls have the seal surfaces that are oppositely arranged. The connecting top wall is disposed between the pair of seal sidewalls and connects them integrally. The pair of seal sidewalls and the connecting top wall form a retaining groove. The sealing element of the present disclosure may provide a waterproof seal for multiple parts and can be readily assembled and save costs.
SECONDARY LOCK AND RECEPTACLE
The present disclosure discloses a secondary lock and a receptacle. The secondary lock may be mounted to a receptacle housing. The secondary lock has a lock body, a locking portion and a terminal retaining portion. The lock body has a longitudinal insertion direction. The locking portion is protrudingly arranged on the lock body to be configured for being longitudinally block-fittable with the receptacle housing. The terminal retaining portion is arranged on the lock body to be configured for being block-fittable with a connecting terminal along an axial direction of the connecting terminal. The secondary lock according to the present disclosure may be pre-assembled on the receptacle housing to be integrally retained and conveniently transported.
RECEPTACLE HOUSING AND RECEPTACLE
The present disclosure discloses a receptacle housing and a receptacle. The receptacle housing has a housing body and a non-return element, wherein the housing body has a front side and a rear side in its axial direction. The housing body is formed with a mounting hole extending along an axial direction of the housing body to be arranged for accommodating a corresponding connecting terminal. The non-return element continuously extends from the housing body towards the rear side of the housing body to be axially block-fittable with the connecting terminal. By provision of the non-return element, the receptacle housing of the present disclosure may block the connecting terminal from retreating from the mounting hole on the housing body, so that a stable electrical connection between the connecting terminal and a mating terminal on a charging gun can be ensured.
ELECTRIC PROTECTIVE COVER AND RECEPTACLE
The present disclosure discloses an electric protective cover for a receptacle and a receptacle. The electric protective cover comprises a cover body and a mounting portion. The cover body extends along a radial direction of the receptacle and is configured for covering a circuit board. An accommodating hole enclosed by an accommodating hole wall is disposed on the cover body to accommodate a connecting terminal. The mounting portion is disposed on the cover body to be mounted onto a receptacle housing. The electric protective cover according to the present disclosure may be readily and quickly assembled on the housing by means of the mounting portion and provide protection for the circuit board arranged on the housing and the elements on the circuit board by means of the cover body.
Connector having a potting material covered by a protective plate with holes for contact terminals and for filling of the potting material
In a relay connector, a male terminal is formed in a rod-like shape, inserted into a through hole penetrating a male terminal housing chamber, extends inside a cylinder part, and has a first contact part. A protective plate includes a body part that partitions an internal space defined by the cylinder part and the male terminal housing chamber into a first space portion located on the first contact part side of the male terminal and a second space portion located on the male terminal housing chamber side of the male terminal, a terminal hole that is formed in the body part, and configured to receive the male terminal thereinto, and a filling port that is formed in the body part, and communicably connects the first space portion and the second space portion to each other. The second space portion is filled with a potting filling part.
Sealed electronic connectors for electronic devices
A plug connector for an electronic device has a deformable seal positioned on it such that when the plug connector is mated to the electronic device a liquid-tight seal is formed between the plug connector and the electronic device. A seal may also be positioned within a receptacle connector cavity of the electronic device such that it forms a liquid-tight seal to a plug connector when the plug connector is mated to the electronic device.
AN ELECTRICAL POWER TRANSMISSION AND OUTLET SYSTEM
An electrical power transmission and outlet system. The electrical power transmission and outlet system may include an electrical power transmission and outlet device and an external power storage unit (1110). The electrical power transmission and outlet device may include a housing (1060) having an opening for receiving an external plug (1220), a connector (1070) in the housing (1060) for connecting with the external power storage unit (1110); and a plurality of electrical conductors in the housing (1060) connected to the connector (1070). When the external plug (1220) is inserted into the opening, the conductors are electrically connected to the external plug (1220) and disconnected from the connector (1070), and when the external plug (1220) is pulled out of the opening, the conductors are electrically disconnected from the external plug (1220) and reconnected to the connector (1070).
ELECTRONIC DEVICE
An electronic device includes a first unit including a display, and a second unit including an input part, and the first unit and the second unit are formed to be detachable. The second unit includes a socket that is capable of accommodating a side part of the first unit. The socket includes a lock mechanism configured to detachably lock the first unit with the second unit, an operating member configured to operate the lock mechanism, and a dust discharge mechanism configured to discharge dust that has entered the socket out of the socket in conjunction with operation of the operating member.
