Battery product
The present disclosure provides a battery product and an assembling method of the battery product, the battery product comprises a box and a heating connector. The box comprises a mounting panel. The mounting panel has a first receptacle portion and a second receptacle portion, and the second receptacle portion and the first receptacle portion are provided opposite to each other and communicating with each other. The heating connector comprises: a first plug assembly being mounted on the first receptacle portion; and a second plug assembly being mounted on the second receptacle portion. Compared with the technology related to the background, the battery product is equivalent to directly integrating the receptacle of the heating connector on the mounting panel, which not only eliminates the manner of fixing by the bolt, but also improves the integration of the battery product, thereby improving the space utilization and energy density.
Connection assembly with rapid and secure fastening
A connection assembly including a first connector comprising a post, and a second connector. A body of the second connector comprises a fastening passage. The post can penetrate into said fastening passage by moving in a fastening direction, so as to reach a fastening position. In the fastening position, the post cannot move in a disassembly direction opposite to the fastening direction. The connectors are configured in such a manner that an external action applied solely to the post allows the post to pass from the fastening position to a free position, in which the post can move in translation in the disassembly direction. In fastening position, the post is in a predetermined angular range. The connection assembly further comprises angular returning means to return the post into said predetermined angular range relative to the axis of the post, when the post is fastened to a body of the first connector.
ACTIVE CORD CONNECTION
A system for electrically and mechanically connecting an electrical cord and a medical device includes: a cord-side connector including a cord connecting surface, a cord-side conductive portion, and at least one protrusion extending from an intermediate surface; and a device-side connector including a device connecting surface, a device-side conductive portion, and a recess configured to slidably receive the cord-side connector in a sliding direction, the recess including at least one slot configured to slidably receive the at least one protrusion to guide the cord-side connector in the recess in the sliding direction, where the at least one protrusion and slot are configured to form a mechanical connection through an interference fit upon slidable receipt of the at least one protrusion into the at least one slot, and the cord-side conductive portion and the device-side conductive portion are configured to contact each other upon formation of the interference fit.
Connecting-fixing structure for a power cord and hair treatment appliance
A connecting-fixing structure, used for detachably connecting a main body of an electrical appliance with a power cord, includes a connection end, a locking member, and a rotating sleeve. The locking member includes a supporting shaft and a locking portion which rotates by the supporting shaft as a fulcrum. A locking fitting portion is disposed on the tail end of the power cord and adapted to the locking portion. Furthermore, a rotating sleeve is rotatably sleeved on the connection end, an inner wall of the rotating sleeve has a driving part, and the rotating sleeve rotates to drive the driving part to further drive the locking portion to rotate, thereby locking the locking portion or unlocking the locking portion from the locking fitting portion. The power cord can be disassembled and assembled only by rotating the rotating sleeve, and the operation is convenient, and the structure is simple.
Connector cover and ultrasonic probe assembly having the same
Disclosed herein is a connector cover configured to be used in an ultrasonic probe connector and an ultrasonic probe assembly. The connector cover includes a case, and a coupling device disposed at one end portion in the case and configured to be coupled to the connector. The coupling device includes a body including a fastening portion configured to be coupled to a connector protrusion provided to protrude from the connector toward a first direction, and a rotating shaft connected to the case and the body, and the connector cover is configured to be coupled to the connector along a second direction.
CONNECTION SYSTEM FOR CONNECTING SIGNAL CONDUCTORS
A connection system includes a connector, a mating connector and a locking unit disposed on the connector and having a locking member. The connector and the mating connector each have a housing with a contact carrier disposed therein. The contact carriers are each connected to a signal conductor. The connector is movable in a mating direction into a connected position with the mating connector, in which the signal conductors are conductively connected. The contact carriers each have a through-opening disposed transverse to the mating direction. In the connected position, the through-openings are in alignment with each other, and the locking member is movable between a locking position, in which the locking member is located in the through-openings of both contact carriers, and an unlocking position, in which the locking member is located outside of the through-opening of at least one of the contact carriers.
CABLE CONNECTOR AND CONNECTOR ASSEMBLY
A cable connector and a connector assembly including the cable connector are provided. The cable connector includes a plastic main body, a contact body and a cable. A cavity is formed in the plastic main body. The contact body is fixed on the plastic main body and extends into the cavity. The cable is fixed on the plastic main body. One end of the cable is inserted into the plastic main body and is electrically connected to the contact body in the cavity, and an electrically connected portion is exposed in the cavity. The electrically connected portion between the cable and the contact body is exposed in the cavity, so that a clearance is formed at the welding spots between the cable and the contact body and is not injection-moulded by the internal mould, which reduces the attenuation of the cable and greatly improves the signal integrity of the product.
HIGH FREQUENCY CONNECTOR WITH KICK-OUT
Embodiments disclosed herein relate to a high frequency connector system with reduced stub lengths that provide improved performance at high frequencies. A first connector includes a plurality of mating contacts designed to electrically connect to a second plurality of mating contacts associated with a second connector. The first connector includes one or more elastic members such that when the second connector is mated to the first connector, the one or more elastic members are compressed between the first and second connectors. The first and second plurality of contacts overlap by a first distance when initially mated, but when the connectors are released, the first elastic member biases the second connector away from the first connector such that the first and second plurality of contacts overlap by a second distance smaller than the first distance.
Locking mechanism for a plug connector housing
A locking mechanism for first and second housing parts of a housing of a plug connector, includes a push button, which extends in the axial longitudinal direction through an opening of the first housing part into the interior of the housing. The push button is movably arranged, relative to the housing, between predetermined first and second axial positions, which correspond with the first and second positions of the housing parts. The push button and an interior locking element are configured such that the push button is in pressure contact to the locking element and interacts with the locking element such that, in the case of movement of the push button from the first to the second positions a radial pressure contact between the two housing parts is provided such that a gap between the first and second housing parts is minimized.
