Connector with a latching assembly
A connector comprises a latching assembly, a connector body, and a fixation sleeve. The fixation sleeve is rotatably held on the connector body by the latching assembly between a first latching position and a second latching position. The fixation sleeve is disposed at a different angular position relative to the connector body in the first latching position than in the second latching position.
AIR CLEANER
Disclosed herein is an air cleaner capable of being coupled or separated in a vertical direction to improve space utilization. An air cleaner may include a first air cleaning module provided with a first connection unit, and a second air cleaning module detachably coupled to the first air cleaning module and provided with a second connection unit, wherein the second connection unit is configured to be detachably coupled to the first connection unit, and configured to be rotatable with respect to the first connection unit when the second connection unit is coupled to the first connection unit.
ELECTRICAL CONNECTOR
An electrical connection system includes an electrical connector that has a body, a plurality of contact pins received in the body, a tab that is radially movable relative to the body, and a cam mechanism for moving the tab. The electrical connection system further includes a mating connector having a plurality of pin receptacles and at least one key. When the mating connector is inserted in the body of the electrical connector and the plurality of pin receptacles receives a respective one of the plurality of contact pins, the cam mechanism moves the tab to block a path of the key to prevent removal of the mating connector from the electrical connector.
CIRCULAR PLUG CONNECTOR
A circular plug connector includes a plug shell having a cavity, a plug insert received in the cavity, and plug contacts held in the plug insert. The circular plug connector includes an outer coupling ring rotatable about the plug shell and having threads configured to be threadably coupled to a mating connector. The circular plug connector includes an anti-rotation mechanism between the plug shell and the outer coupling ring to resist rotation of the outer coupling ring relative to the plug shell. The anti-rotation mechanism includes a locking ball, a biasing member interfacing with the locking ball, and a clicker disk. The clicker disk includes a ring plate surrounding the plug shell and an array of dimples circumferentially spaced apart along the ring plate.
LOCKING DEVICE FOR PLUG CONNECTORS
A locking arrangement for plug connectors, comprising a first locking device and a second locking device. The two locking devices can be plugged together and engaged with one another. At least one blocking element is provided for engaging the first locking device with the second locking device. The blocking element is suitable for mechanical engaging and can be actuated and released via an actuator. In addition, another actuator is arranged in the first locking device or in the second locking device to protect against failure of the locking arrangement. The engaging of the two locking devices can be released by the actuator, even when the actuator fails. The first locking device and the second locking device are provided for use in a plug and a corresponding counter plug.
SIMPLIFIED CONNECTOR RECEPTACLE HOUSINGS
Structures, methods, and apparatus that provide connector receptacles that have a reduced tendency to scratch and otherwise mar connector inserts, have an aesthetically-pleasing appearance, and have an improved tactile response when inserts are inserted. Various examples reduce scratches and wear by utilizing domes, cylinders, balls, or other structures as finger contacts in a connector receptacle. Another example provides aesthetically-pleasing connector receptacle enclosures by forming receptacle enclosures using the same type of material, or material having the same or similar color or texture, as is used for enclosing the electronic device that includes the receptacle. Another example provides an aesthetically-pleasing receptacle enclosure by forming receptacle enclosures that are, in part or in whole, contiguous or formed with the housing. Another embodiment provides a connector receptacle having a housing where a portion of the housing has been removed to save space.
LIGHTING QUICK DISCONNECT DEVICES
A quick connect plug and socket connect an electrical fixture to an electrical socket. The socket has concentric ring-shaped openings with adjacent internal contact terminals which are electrically connected to an electrical power supply wiring. The plug is insertable into the socket and has ring-shaped connectors that mate with the contact terminals within the socket. The plug and socket become latched when mated, and a latch release is pushed to allow them to be separated. A housing encloses portions of the plug and encloses a plurality of peripheral LEDs. A peripheral lens attached to the housing allows light from the LEDs to pass. The intensity and color of the LEDs are controlled by an electronic circuit based upon a signal. The latch release moves transversely to a central axis extending through the concentric rings, so that it can be pressed when the plug and socket are within an enclosing canopy.
HF Plug and Mounting Wall
Disclosed is an HF plug on a mounting wall of HF subassemblies, comprising an HF plug element that has a fastening collar and is to be plugged into a through-hole located on the mounting wall of the HF subassembly, and a securing element which is in the form of a resilient element and is shaped and designed to be inserted between a connecting zone of the HF plug element and the mounting wall in such a way as to be positioned between the connecting zone and the mounting wall in such a way as to immobilize the HF plug element. Also disclosed is a mounting wall for the HF plug.
ELECTRICAL ADAPTER WITH INTEGRAL CONNECTOR
An Edison lamp holder adapter for adapting an electrical quick connect for connection to the lamp holder. The adapter includes an external housing and a ball shaped internal housing translating within the external housing. The external housing has lateral conductors formed with a resilient upper detent and a resilient lower detent, wherein the ball shaped internal housing selectively snaps into one of the detents. When the ball shaped internal housing resides within the upper detent, the electrical conductors of the adapter contact the internal conductors of the lamp holder to complete the circuit.

A straight insertion self-locking anti-explosion electrical connection device, and a plug and a socket thereof relate to the field of conductive connection devices. The plug has a plugging bolt. The plugging bolt has two or more plug power supply electrodes and a plug grounding electrode. The side wall of the plugging bolt has a plug self-locking portion, and the plug self-locking portion is a circular hole, or a recessed groove and a recessed point having a curved surface structure. The socket has a jack, and the wall of the jack has two or more socket power supply electrodes and a socket grounding electrode. The wall of the jack has socket self-locking portions, and each socket self-locking portion has a clamping and locking member having a raised or recessed curved surface structure or a circular hole. Corresponding electrodes of the plug and the socket are mutually paralleling inclined planes.
