A charging connector device for a motor vehicle. A connector socket, which is arranged in a depression, with a pivotable cover, which can be detachably connected to said connector socket, as well as a pivotable cover flap, which closes the depression reversibly. The cover and the cover flap can pivot between a closed position and an opened position. The cover, situated in the opened position, is arranged in the pivoting path of the cover flap, which can pivot from the opened position to the closed position by a motor-driven positioning device, and, during the pivot movement of the cover flap, is entrained by the latter for closure.

CHARGING CONTROL APPARATUS AND CONTROL METHOD THEREFOR

The present invention relates to a charging control apparatus and a control method therefor. A charging control apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a communication unit which performs wireless communication with at least one communication device including a vehicle; a charging connector electrically connected to a charging inlet provided in the vehicle; a locking unit which is disposed in the charging connector, so as to perform or release locking between the charging connector and the charging inlet; a control unit which checks whether the ID of the vehicle, received by the communication unit, is included in a pre-stored authentication information list, in response to an electrical connection between the charging connector and the charging inlet, and when the ID of the vehicle is included in the pre-stored authentication information list, determines whether to release the locking between the charging connector and the charging inlet, depending on the location of a previously authenticated portable device, and controls the locking unit according to the determination.

Connector back shell assembly

A back shell is described herein. The back shell is configured to be attached to a connector body defining a first attaching feature in its outer surface. The back shell has an attachment portion defining a second attaching feature and a generally tubular support portion extending from this attachment portion. The second attaching feature is configured to engage the first attaching feature of the connector body to secure the back shell to the connector body. An outer surface of the attachment portion of the back shell defines a third attaching feature that is identical in configuration and function to the first attaching feature.

Lock device for electronic apparatus

A lock device for electronic apparatus includes a lock body and a lock-operating unit. The lock body is configured for correspondingly plugging into a port on an electronic apparatus and has at least one protruded section formed therein for tightly abutting on a protrusion located to one lateral side of a plurality of terminals in the port, so that the lock body is locked to the port. And, the lock body locked to the port can be pulled out of the port only with a specific corresponding lock-operating unit.

Locking electrical outlet

A locking electrical outlet has a housing with a channel and an outlet latch within, a slider configured to move axially within the channel, a memory block, a locking plate with an opening, and a spring configured to bias the locking plate towards a first angle. The slider is configured move axially rearward relative to the housing by the insertion of the plug. The rearward movement of the slider reduces the angle of the locking plate such that a blade of the plug can move through the opening of the locking plate. The memory block is partially compressed by the slider such that it the slider engages the outlet latch of the housing, temporarily holding the locking plate at the reduced angle until the expansion of the memory block disengages the slider from the outlet latch and allows the spring to return locking plate towards the first angle.

Force limiting latch indicator

A latch indicator apparatus for indicating a locked status of an attachment between a cable housing and a cable receptor. The latch indicator apparatus includes a latch indicator attached to a cable housing at an attachment point, a first resistive element having a first resistance, and is attached to the cable housing at the attachment point. The restive element of the latch indicator attaches to an indicator tab. The latch indicator includes an indicator window, which is positioned to indicate a locked status of the latch indicator based on the first resistance of the first resistive element. The latch indicator tests a connection between a cable housing and a cable housing by indicating a locked status. The locked status is indicated by exerting a first force on the indicator tab by pulling the indicator tab in a direction away from the connection between the cable housing and the cable receptor.
