IMPROVED ELECTRICAL CONNECTION OUTLET HAVING EXTENDED SAFETY AND CONTROL FUNCTIONS
An electrical connection mount (100) comprising a locking element (130), movable between a locking position, an engagement position and an open position, said electrical connection mount (100) comprising an actuator (140) movable between an engaged position and a disengaged position, of locking (130) interacts with the actuator (140), in such a way that the locking element (130) prevents the actuator (140) from passing into its engaged position when it is in its open position or in its locking position, and allows the actuator (140) to pass into its engaged position when it is in its engagement position, and the actuator (140) prevents the change of position of the locking element (130) when it is in its open position, and allows the change of position of the locking element (130) when it is in its engaged position.
CHARGING SOCKET DEVICE FOR A VEHICLE AND METHOD FOR RELEASE OF A PLUG-IN CHARGING CONNECTION
A charging socket device for a vehicle includes a locking unit with a locking element, a carriage, and a plug-receiving unit. The locking element is movable between a locking position in which it projects transversely from a housing of the locking unit and a release position. The carriage includes a first slotted link element translationally mounted on a locking unit along the longitudinal direction between a disassembly position and an assembly position. The plug receiving unit includes a second slotted link element. One of the slotted link elements is a slotted link inclined relative to the longitudinal direction such that a movement of the carriage along the longitudinal direction causes a movement of the locking unit along a vertical direction of the charging socket device, and the other is a link pin. A slotted link mechanism of the charging socket device is formed by the slotted link elements.
Access point port security system
Access point network equipment has communication ports that allow communications with other network components. Communications cables coupled to ports can be easily removed and replaced with unauthorized devices that have access to the network creating a security breach. When an authorized cable or plug is removed from a port, a link down event can be detected by tamper detection by tamper detection software running on the access point network equipment. When a link down events is detected the tamper detection software can perform various possible security actions to protect the network.
Locking Device for the Charging Plug of an Electric Vehicle Charging System
A locking device for an electric vehicle charging plug using the J1772 standards. The main component of the device consists of an outer shell and an inner shell. In the open position, the inner shell will slide along the designated tracks away from the outer shell, allowing the electrical plug to be insert into the inner shell. In the close position, the outer shell enclosure is moved over the locking hook and prevents plug from being removed from the inner shell. The inner shell has a lock anchor that passes through the outer shell. A user can then install a pad lock at the end through this anchor to prevent the outer shell from sliding back into the open position. The reversal of the above process allows the plug to be removed.
PROTECTOR FOR ENHANCED SMALL FORM FACTOR PLUGGABLE CONNECTORS
Examples of the present disclosure provide a pair of mechanical protectors or guards that fits around an SFP plug and an SFP socket. In one example, an apparatus includes a first protector sized to fit around a small form factor pluggable plug and a second protector, separate from the first protector and sized to frame a small form factor pluggable socket. The first protector includes a first ring defining a first aperture and a key formed in an outside perimeter of the first ring. The second protector comprises a second ring defining a second aperture and a lock formed in an inside perimeter of the second ring, wherein the lock is sized and shaped to engage the key.
Protective component of connector socket and protective plug cap thereof
A protective component of a connector socket with a protective plug cap includes a main body of the protective plug cap has a slot and an opening, and there are a first elastic arm and a second elastic arm connected to the main body in the slot. An unlocking tool has an unlocking end that can enter the slot through the opening of the main body to apply an external force to make the first and second elastic arms respectively sway to blocking portions along different directions to move away relative to an inner wall of the connector socket. The unlocking tool is used to unlock the protective plug cap to remove from an electrical connection, so as to achieve the protection effect of preventing data theft.
Adapter having a first plug connector part for electrical and mechanical connection to a cable and a second plug connector part for electrical and mechanical connection to an electrical and/or electronic device
An adapter, including a first plug connector part for electrical and mechanical connection to a cable, a second plug connector part for electrical and mechanical connection to an electrical and/or electronic device, and a housing. The first and second plug connector parts being provided in or on a wall of the housing or being part of the housing. The adapter including at least one matching circuit, which is connected to contacts of the first and second plug connector parts via electrical lines.
