A microphone connector assembly comprises a receptacle and a sleeve. The receptacle includes a housing, a first cavity formed within the housing, a frame, a protrusion formed on the frame, and a first electrical block supported by the frame and positioned within the first cavity. The sleeve includes an outer shell, a second cavity formed within the outer shell, a keyway, and a second electrical block positioned within the second cavity. The sleeve is insertable into the receptacle such that the protrusion enters the keyway and the first and second electrical blocks engage one another.

A central support pole, such as for a Christmas tree is made in two parts joinable with an electrical and mechanical connector which joins the pole parts and simultaneously connects power or other circuits from one part to the other. The connector has two engaging sections and an outrigger platform which locates a connector off to the side of the poles but in alignment. Final alignment is obtained by a key and keyway in the connector parts.

The first voltage mating member (26) and the second voltage mating member (38) are shaped to be selectively mateable with one another to permit a measured voltage waveform of the electrical network (12) to be transmitted from the voltage transformer (16) to the protection relay (18). Wherein the first current mating member (24) is shaped to prevent mating of the first current mating member (24) with the second voltage mating member (38), and the first voltage mating member (26) is shaped to prevent mating of the first voltage mating member (26) with the second current mating member (36).

The housing has a socket with an interior passage that includes a male connector. The socket may extend outwardly from the housing. The actuator also includes an overmolded cable sized to fit in the interior passage and including a female connector that receives the male connector within the socket. The actuator includes a coupling device that surrounds the overmolded cable and is coupled to the socket and maintains an electrical connection between the male connector and female connector.
