Connector assembly with heat sink and clip
A connector assembly includes a receptacle connector, a shielding cage, a heat sink and a clip. The shielding cage covers the receptacle connector. The clip assembles the heat sink to the shielding cage, is integrally formed by a metal sheet and includes a fixed plate, a movable plate and a plate spring. The fixed plate is provided to the shielding cage, and the movable plate is provided to a side surface of the heat sink. Two ends of the plate spring are respectively connected to the fixed plate and the movable plate, and the movable plate is capable of moving relative to the fixed plate by means of the plate spring.
CONNECTOR AND ELECTRONIC APPARATUS
A connector (1) according to the present disclosure includes: a first connector (10) including a pair of first contacts (30a) each of which includes a first contacting portion (34a) and that are attached to a first insulator (20); a second connector (50) including a pair of second contacts (70a) each of which includes a second contacting portion (74a) and that are attached to a second insulator (60), the second contacting portion (74a) being in contact with the first contacting portion (34a) in a fitted state; and a shield member that is attached to the first insulator (20) and the second insulator (60). The shield member includes: a first shield portion (45) and a second shield portion (82b) that are respectively disposed inside and outside in a first direction, which is perpendicular to a fitting direction, with respect to the first contacting portion (34a) and the second contacting portion (74a) that are in contact with each other in the fitted state; and a third shield portion (83b) that is disposed on a circuit board (CB2) side in the fitting direction.
Connector and connection device for electronic equipment
The length of a waterproof and dustproof connector can be reduced to decrease its occupation area so as to secure the occupied area of the circuit board for electronic equipment and so as to design the layout of the electronic equipment more freely and so as to downsize the electronic equipment. The connector for electronic equipment includes an approximately cylindrical housing 2, a support 21 provided in the form of a wall in the housing 2, a contact terminal 3 and a power terminal 4 supported by the support 21, a shell 5 mounted inside the housing 2, and a seal 6 provided along the outer circumference adjacent to the end on the connection terminal inserting side of the housing 2. Preferably, the seal 6 is welded to the housing 2 and made of a resin softer than the resin of the housing 2.
