PANEL MOUNTED CHARGING SYSTEMS WITH INTERCHANGEABLE MODULES
Removable modules configured to charge a device with a power connector configured to operate at specified power parameters. The removable module removably and electrically couples to a base module mounted to a panel and in electrical communication with a power supply. The removable module includes an electronics system and a power receptacle. The electronics system converts a supply current from the removable module to an output current matching the specified power parameters of the power connector. The power receptacle is complementarily configured with the power connector to electrically couple with the power connector. In some examples, the removable module is part of a set of removable modules to charge different devices with different power connectors and/or different specified power parameters.
Thermal mitigation for USB power delivery
Thermal mitigation features may be included in a Universal Serial Bus (USB) cable assembly or in the USB receptacle portion of a device. In one aspect, one or both ends of a USB cable jacket may have greater thermal conductivity than the portion between them. The portion having the greater thermal conductivity may dissipate excess heat from the cable into the environment. In another aspect, a USB cable connector or the USB receptacle portion of a device may include a thermoelectric heat pump. The thermoelectric heat pump may move excess heat from the cable assembly or receptacle into a portion of the cable assembly or device that dissipates the heat into the environment.
ELECTRIC VEHICLE (EV) EXTERNAL POWER PORT DEVICE, SYSTEM, AND VEHICLE WITH POWER PORT DEVICE
A vehicle power port device for use with a vehicle having a rechargeable lithium ion battery, the device including one or more power ports installed in, on, or within the vehicle, the one or more power ports configured to connect to and power an electrical device or equipment located external to the vehicle and a power cable connecting the rechargeable lithium ion battery directly, or indirectly, to the one or more power ports.
Remote shared content experience systems
A system provides a “virtual room” for remotely sharing content experiences via electronic devices at different locations. The system may enable synchronization of the content at the different locations, access control, be able to provide and/or experience interaction feedback regarding the content, control the interaction feedback that is provided and/or experienced, enhance the ability of people to distinguish the content from the interaction feedback, and so on. As such, people may be able to share content experiences more like they were present in a single location while remote from each other.
CABLE SWITCH WITH USB CHARGER
The invention relates to a cable switch with a USB charger, which is formed from: a protective case (2) containing electricity-interrupting means (3) connected between an input connector (4) and an output connector (5), said connectors being connected to the live wire (F) and the neutral wire (N) of the electric cable (6) in which the switch is installed; a power supply (7) connected between the input connector (4) and the output connector (5); and at least one USB connection port (8) connected to the power supply (7). Preferably, the switch comprises an EMI filter (9) connected between the input connector (4) and the power supply (7). Preferably, the power supply (7) is a power source that converts 110-220 V alternating current into 5V/2A continuous current.
Multifunctional Smart Socket
The present disclosure relates to a multifunctional smart socket. The multifunctional smart socket includes a housing, where a chip is arranged in the housing, a universal serial bus (USB) interface and a TYPE-C interface are provided on a panel of the housing; a multi-protocol quick charge module is arranged on the chip, and the USB interface and the TYPE-C interface are electrically connected to the multi-protocol quick charge module; and a main control module is further arranged on the chip, a first monitoring module and a second monitoring module are connected to the main control module, the first monitoring module is electrically connected to the USB interface, the second monitoring module is electrically connected to the TYPE-C interface, and the main control module controls the multi-protocol quick charge module to charge according to a signal of the first monitoring module or the second monitoring module.
PROTECTION CIRCUITS FOR UNTETHERED CABLES
Circuits, methods, and apparatus that can provide an untethered cable that can safely provide power using a variety of power adapters, can protect users from voltages at exposed contacts of a connector insert, and can disconnect from a power adapter when damage to the cable is detected.
PORTABLE CHARGER WITH INTERCHANGEABLE CONNECTORS
An electronic device includes a housing, a removable connector comprising a base portion and an upper portion on the base portion, and a recess in the housing accommodating at least part of a removable connector, wherein at least part of the base portion is positioned in the recess. The upper portion of the removable connector comprises a male connecting element for connecting to a second electronic device. The electronic device further includes a battery configured for charging a battery of the second electronic device via the removable connector when at least the part of the base portion is positioned in the recess, and the male connecting element is coupled to the second electronic device.
