Male connector and female connector
A male connector includes a male body and a male conductor. The male body includes an outer face including a first curved surface and a housing space on an inner side of the first curved surface of the male body. The male conductor is provided inside the housing space and includes a functional part. The functional part is a male communication antenna, a male power-transmission antenna, or a male power-reception antenna. A female connector includes a female body and a female conductor. The female body includes a connection hole, an inner wall surface of the connection hole, the inner wall surface including a first curved surface, a housing space on an outer side of the first curved surface of the connection hole of the female body. The female conductor is provided inside the housing space and includes a functional part. The functional part is a female communication antenna, a female power-reception antenna, or a female power-transmission antenna.

At least one connection terminal of the at least one pair of connection terminals is able to rotate around an axis of an insertion direction into a socket so as to have a first state in a case where the connection terminal is inserted into a socket for supplying AC power and a second state in a case where the connection terminal is inserted into a socket for supplying DC power, the second state being different from the first state.

The present disclosure relates to the field of intelligent electrical appliances. Disclosed are a power cord (10) and a home appliance (20) provided with same. The power cord is used for supplying power to a home appliance, and is also used for mounting a communication module (300). The communication module is used for implementing wireless communication between the home appliance (20) and an external device. The power cord (10) comprises a line body (2), a plug (1) disposed at one end of the line body, a line body fixing portion (5) disposed on the part of the line body distant from the plug (1) and used for fixing the line body (2) on the home appliance, and an intelligent module mounting portion (S) disposed adjacent to the line body fixing portion (5) and disposed on the line body, wherein the intelligent module mounting portion (S) is provided with a base (100) having an accommodation cavity (B) and a cover (200) matching the base (100) so as to enclose the accommodation cavity (B). The communication module (300) is accommodated in the accommodation cavity (B). The present power cord can stably mount an intelligent module, is convenient to use, and implements easy mounting and removal.
Method and system for performing a single localized read transaction in which multiple RFID tags are read
One embodiment is directed to a method of reading RFID tags in an interconnection system comprising at least one port. The method comprises initiating a localized read transaction to read any RFID tag attached to a first connector and any RFID tag attached to a second connector inserted into the port. The method further comprises, as a part of the localized read transaction, reading any RFID tag configured to respond to a first type of RFID interrogation signal, wherein the first connector comprises an attached RFID tag that is configured to respond to the first type of RFID interrogation signal; and, as a part of the localized read transaction, reading any RFID tag configured to respond to a second type of RFID interrogation signal, wherein the second connector comprises an attached RFID tag that is configured to respond to the second type of RFID interrogation signal. Cable having an integrated antenna
A cable assembly including a first connector, a second connector, and a cable is disclosed that routes power, and/or information between devices. The cable includes a first group of one or more conductors that are mechanically connected to the first connector and the second connector to route power and/or one or more wired information communications between the devices. The cable also includes a second group of one or more that is mechanically connected to the first connector to provide one or more wireless information communications between the first device and the second device or a third device which is not mechanically connected to the cable assembly.

A non-reversible plug connector for providing power to a host device. The non-reversible plug connector includes a connector having a plurality of contacts, the plurality of contacts configured to make electrical contact with at least some pins within a receptacle connector of the host device. The non-reversible plug connector also includes control circuitry operatively coupled to at least some of the plurality of contacts. The control circuitry is configured to receive a checksum from the host device, verify whether the checksum is correct and when the checksum is correct, powering the host device.

An adapter device includes a printed circuit board (PCB), an output port disposed on the PCB and having first pins, where the output port is to be connected to an output harness that is connected to an adaptive device. The adapter also includes wireless circuitry one of disposed on or coupled to the PCB and a processing device disposed on the PCB and coupled to the output port and wireless circuitry. The processing device is to: identify, via the wireless circuitry, an actuation command from a wireless signal received from a handheld electronic device; translate the actuation command to one or more actuation bits that match one of analog-converted bits receivable over an input harness or digital control bits receivable over a wireless controller associated with the adaptive device; and provide the actuation bits to the first pins, the actuation bits causing the adaptive device to perform a specific action.
