ELECTRICAL CONNECTOR
An electrical connector includes: an insulating body defining a mating space; and a terminal module assembled to the insulating body and having a circuit board and plural mating terminals mounted on the circuit board, wherein: each of the mating terminals has a contact portion extending obliquely backward, a bending portion bent backward from a front end of the contact portion, a connecting portion extending rearward from a rear end of the bending portion, and a mounting portion vertically extending from a rear end of the connecting portion for mounting on the circuit board; and a front end of the circuit board extends forward into the mating space.
Moisture-sealed connector
A method of forming a fluid resistant insulator for use in a connector includes collecting a part having a surface and electrically insulating properties. The method further includes applying a superhydrophobic sealant to the surface of the part having the electrically insulating properties. The method further includes curing the part with the superhydrophobic sealant applied to allow the superhydrophobic sealant to dry.
Connector Assembly
An embodiment connector assembly includes a housing including an inner space formed therein, wherein ends of a main-line terminal and a sub-line terminal are inserted into a first side of the inner space, a main-line port inserted into and fixed to the inner space of the housing and electrically connected to the end of the main-line terminal inserted into the inner space, a sub-line port inserted into and fixed to the inner space of the housing and electrically connected to the end of the sub-line terminal inserted into the inner space, and a noise filter disposed between the main-line port and the sub-line port and electrically connected to each of the main-line port and the sub-line port, wherein the noise filter is configured to reduce a noise in a signal transmitted between the main-line port and the sub-line port.
CONNECTOR ASSEMBLY AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THE SAME
A connector assembly includes: a housing having a plurality of accommodating grooves into which a plurality of terminals are insertable, respectively, and having an insertion space recessed in a first direction intersecting a second direction in which the accommodating grooves extend, the plurality of accommodating grooves being formed in one surface of the housing; a terminal position assurance (TPA) mechanism inserted into the insertion space of the housing in the first direction, having a plurality of through-holes extending parallel to the plurality of accommodating grooves, and inhibiting the terminals inserted into the through-holes from being separated; joint terminals extending from an inside of the housing to the accommodating grooves, and electrically connected to the terminals inserted into the accommodating grooves; and a noise filter fixed to the housing or the TPA mechanism, and enclosing the accommodating grooves of the housing, the through-holes of the TPA mechanism, or the joint terminals.
CONNECTOR ASSEMBLY
A connector assembly includes: a housing having a first side at which a plurality of accommodating grooves configured to receive a plurality of terminals are formed, and having a second side open; a plurality of connection terminals extending in a direction parallel to a direction from the first side of the housing toward the second side of the housing, and fixed in the housing; a circuit board inserted into the second side of the housing that is open, fixed to the housing, and electrically connected to the plurality of connection terminals; and noise filters configured to filter out electromagnetic interference and coupled to the circuit board.
CONNECTOR ASSEMBLY

Terminal connector
A terminal connector for attachment to a circuit board. The terminal connector comprises first and second terminals, each comprising a connection end for connection to respective contacts in the circuit board and a wire attachment formation for connecting a wire to the respective terminal. The terminal connector further comprises a ferrite core surrounding a section of both the first and second terminals between their terminal contacts and wire attachment formations. The ferrite core is directly connected to the terminals and is secured to the circuit board by the terminals when their connection ends are connected to the respective contacts in the circuit board.
MODULAR CONNECTOR
A modular connector includes a housing, a circuit board located in the housing, a connector assembly connected to the circuit board, and a coil module mounted to the circuit board. The connector assembly includes a number of conductive terminals. The coil module includes a first coil module and a second coil module. The first coil module includes a number of first coils and a number of first coil groups. The second coil module includes a second coil. The second coil is divided into a number of second coil groups along its circumference. The first coil groups and corresponding second coil groups are coupled, thereby improving the electromagnetic shielding effect of the modular connector.
Electrical connector for a multi-wire electrical cable
An electrical connector for a multi-wire electrical cable includes at least two cable-side electrical contact elements, including associated terminals to each of which is to be connected a wire of the electrical cable, and at least two output-side electrical contact elements, from each of which projects an electrical connector element by which an electrical connection is establishable to a mating connector. A carrier body is disposed between the cable-side electrical contact elements and the output-side electrical contact elements. The cable-side electrical contact elements, the output-side electrical contact elements and the carrier body are disposed in a spaced-apart relationship to each other, and the cable-side and output-side contact elements are electrically connected to each other via an electrical device disposed on the carrier body.
