20210376538 · 2021-12-02 ·

A wall-mounted electrical-connector-engaging assembly for axial engagement with an electrical connector, the assembly including (a) a wall-surface adapter having front and back faces and attached to a wall over an opening in the wall and (b) a backcap. The adapter back face has a plurality of wire-connection points for installation of a corresponding plurality of wires, and the adapter front face has a plurality of slidably-engaging electrical connection points for engagement in at least an axial direction with the electrical connector. The backcap surrounds the plurality of wire-connection points and adjacent portions of the corresponding plurality of wires connected thereto, and includes a twist lock for installation on the wall-surface adapter.

Electrical connector with detection member

A connector includes an outer housing, an inner housing fitted to the outer housing, and a detection member assembled to the outer housing and restricted from being separated in a removal direction. The detection member has a flexible lock arm and a member-side protrusion formed on a free end side of the lock arm and facing an outer-side protrusion in the removal direction in an assembled state. When a locking arm gets over the outer-side protrusion and is locked to the outer-side protrusion, the locking arm moves in an insertion direction while being elastically deformed, and elastically returns after getting over the outer-side protrusion to press the member-side protrusion outward an inner housing accommodating space, so that the lock arm allows the outer-side protrusion and the member-side protrusion to be in a non-facing state in the insertion/removal direction, and allows the detection member to be separated in the removal direction.

SNAP-IN SOCKET PANEL WITH NIGHT LAMP
20220128078 · 2022-04-28 · ·

A snap-in socket panel with a night lamp includes a first panel, a second panel, a resilient sheet bracket arranged vertically to the flat portion, and a resilient sheet connected to the resilient sheet bracket by a plug-in structure. The plug-in structure includes a slot provided on the resilient sheet bracket and an insertion block provided on the resilient sheet. The opening direction of the slot is set towards the first panel. During assembly, the insertion block on the resilient sheet is inserted into the slot on the resilient sheet bracket from bottom to top, to connect the resilient sheet and the resilient sheet bracket, and then connect the second panel to the first panel. The second panel can block the opening of the slot, thereby preventing the resilient sheet from falling out. The socket panel has fewer components, a simple structure, and faster, more convenient assembly.

Fastening device

A fastening device for fastening an electrical terminal to an electrically conducting post includes a spring and a locking device retaining the electrical terminal on the electrically conducting post in a locked position of the fastening device. The spring is at least partially loaded in the locked position.

Hybrid type wire-to-wire connector structure and power supply device having the same

A power supply device includes a power supply housing having an accommodating space and an accommodating opening, a hybrid wire-to-wire connector structure and a circuit board disposed in the accommodating space. The hybrid wire-to-wire connector structure includes a connecting seat and an adapter seat. The connecting seat has a signal line terminal and a power line terminal. The connecting seat is disposed in the accommodating opening through an annular rib. The adapter seat has a signal conduction end and a power conduction end. The adapter seat has formed a hook corresponding to the annular rib. The connecting seat and the adapter seat are combined through the signal conduction end inserted in the signal line terminal, the power conduction end inserted in the power line terminal and the hook clamped with the annular rib. Therefore, the power and signal connectors are integrated so as to simplify the assembly.
