A power adapter, comprising an adapter body, a power cord and a snap-fitting cover, the adapter body is provided with a socket, the power cord is provided with a plug plugged in and connected with the socket, and the snap-fitting cover includes the snap-fitting portion and the fixing portion, the fixing portion is movably connected to the end of the adapter body, the snap-fitting portion is provided with a groove which is shapely matched with the plug, and a groove is snap-fitted to the outer side of the plug. The snap-fitting cover is connected with the plug and the adapter body at the same time to retain the plug and the adapter body, and the plug is not easily disengaged from the socket of the adapter body under the external forces, thereby making the use of the power adapter more stable and reliable.

HVAC thermostat assembly and wall-plate connector

An HVAC thermostat assembly has a wall-plate connector that includes a wall-plate and wire connectors as a whole that allows for a thinner, more aesthetic design. In one instance, the HVAC thermostat includes a display unit with a wall-plate connector recess having a plurality of electrical connector pins extending outward to mate with a wall-plate connector. Simplified connector receptacle housings

Structures, methods, and apparatus that provide connector receptacles that have a reduced tendency to scratch and otherwise mar connector inserts, have an aesthetically-pleasing appearance, and have an improved tactile response when inserts are inserted. Various examples reduce scratches and wear by utilizing domes, cylinders, balls, or other structures as finger contacts in a connector receptacle. Another example provides aesthetically-pleasing connector receptacle enclosures by forming receptacle enclosures using the same type of material, or material having the same or similar color or texture, as is used for enclosing the electronic device that includes the receptacle. Another example provides an aesthetically-pleasing receptacle enclosure by forming receptacle enclosures that are, in part or in whole, contiguous or formed with the housing. Another embodiment provides a connector receptacle having a housing where a portion of the housing has been removed to save space.

Optimized shipping of IP telephony devices

A connector and cabling system is provided. The system includes a plurality of pigtails, each pigtail of the plurality of pigtails are configured to couple to one of a plurality of electronic devices, wherein each electronic device of the plurality of electronic devices has a corresponding box or package. The system includes a cable and a plurality of first connectors. Each first connector of the plurality of first connectors is configured to extend through and attach to a wall of a box or opening of the package with a first port of the first connector inside the box. The first port is coupled to the pigtail, and a second port of the first connector outside the box or package. The second port is coupled to the cable. The plurality of electronic devices is provisioned via the cable, the plurality of first connectors and the plurality of pigtails, with each of the plurality of electronic devices, in the corresponding box or package. A method of preparing electronic devices for shipping is also provided.

DIN connector end cap

Aspects of the present disclosure may be directed to an end cap of a base station antenna for securing cable connectors to the end cap. The end cap may include a plurality of retaining assemblies formed integrally with the cap, and are dimensioned to retain a respective plurality of cable connectors to the end cap. The end cap may be capable of supporting numerous antenna models and configurations. The end cap may include molded features allowing for DIN connectors for various antenna models to be snapped into the end cap, without the use of other hardware and formed end bracket assemblies.
