Guarded coaxial cable assembly
A guarded coaxial cable assembly including at least a pair of conductors, one or more rails, and a jacket covering these parts such as a first rail extending alongside two nearby conductors, the rail and the conductors embedded in an outer electrically insulating jacket, the outer jacket having a pair of generally opposed bearing surfaces for bearing transverse loads, the rail operative to reduce outer jacket deformations resulting from transverse loads applied to the bearing surfaces; and, the orientation of the rail and the conductors within the outer jacket operative to limit conductor or conductor jacket deformations resulting from transverse loads applied to the bearing surfaces.

HIGH FREQUENCY ELECTRICAL CONNECTOR
An electrical connector that has a conductive shell supporting at least one signal contact therein and that has a front end for mating with a mating connector and a back end opposite the front end for electrically connecting to a coaxial cable. A ground connection is located inside of the conductive shell. A coupling member is rotatably coupled to the conductive shell and has an engagement feature for mechanically engaging a support panel associated with the mating connector. A sealing member is disposed on the conductive shell that is configured to provide an environmental seal between the conductive shell and the support panel when the conductive shell is mated with the mating connector.

SPLITTER WITH EQUIDISTANT OUTPUT PORTS
A splitter with equidistant output ports is disclosed herein. In exemplary aspects, the splitter includes a housing, a printed circuit board (PCB) assembly positioned therein, an input port, and a plurality of output ports. The printed circuit board assembly includes a PCB, an input conductor attached to a first surface of the printed circuit board at an input contact point, and a plurality of output conductors attached to a second surface of the PCB. The input port and the plurality of output ports are attached to the housing and surround at least a portion of the input conductor and the plurality of output conductors. The plurality of output ports includes at least three output ports, wherein each output port of the plurality of output ports, and each of the corresponding output conductors, are circumferentially positioned around the input contact point. Thus, the splitter provides improved signal balance and transfer.
MULTI-TAP HAVING SELECTABLE CONDITIONING MODULES
A tap includes an input configured to be connected to a line. The tap also includes a first signal conditioning circuit having a first signal conditioning effect on downstream signals, upstream signals, or both. The tap also includes a second signal conditioning circuit having a second signal conditioning effect on the downstream signals, the upstream signals, or both. The second signal condition effect is different than the first signal conditioning effect. The tap also includes one or more subscriber ports configured to be connected to a subscriber premises. The tap also includes a path-selection device connected to the input, the first signal conditioning circuit, and the second signal conditioning circuit. The path-selection device is configured to selectably route the downstream signals from the input, through the first and second signal conditioning circuits, to the one or more subscriber ports.
IN-HOME NETWORK SPLITTER WITH REDUCED ISOLATION
A splitter includes an input configured to be connected to a cable television (CATV) network. The splitter also includes a first output connected to the input. The first output is configured to be connected to a first subscriber device. The splitter also includes a second output connected to the input. The second output is configured to be connected to a second subscriber device. A path between the first output and the second output is configured to provide an isolation that is less than 30 dB.
Connector Adapter And Connector Test System
A connector adapter includes a first sub-adapter directly and electrically connected with a first end of a connector and a second sub-adapter directly and electrically connected with a second end of the connector. The first end of the connector is electrically connected to a first cable through the first sub-adapter and to a test equipment through the first cable. The second end of the connector is electrically connected to a second cable through the second sub-adapter and to the test equipment through the second cable.

The second end of the connector is electrically connected to a second cable through the second sub-adapter and to the test equipment through the second cable.
Quick connect/disconnect coaxial cable connector
A quick connect and release mechanism is provided for a coaxial cable connector comprising a first connector body having an annular cavity accessible by a tubular opening. A conical retention ring is disposed in the annular cavity and engaging at least one radial step form along a rearwardly facing surface of the annular cavity and, furthermore, being configured to engage a retention surface of a second connector body upon insertion of a tubular sleeve thereof. Furthermore, a retention ring engager is disposed over a portion of the first connector body and has a sleeve portion extending into the tubular opening to urge the retention ring from engagement with the at least one radial step while also disengaging the retention surface of the second connector. As a consequence, the second connector is released from the first connector.
