Load connectors for power panel assemblies
A power panel for an electrical system includes a chassis having chassis slots for power modules, a bus body coupled to the chassis to connect the power panel to a power source, and first and second module connectors. The first and second module connectors are fixed relative to the bus body to connect the power modules to the bus body. The second module connector is movable relative to the first module connector to accommodate position of the power modules in the chassis slots. Electrical cabinets, power panels, and methods of seating power modules in power panels are also described.
Busbar component, terminal block, and vehicular device
A busbar component constructing a terminal block has a busbar, a circular O-ring attached to a busbar main body of the busbar, and a holder attached to the busbar main body through an insertion hole of the holder. The busbar main body is formed with a busbar-side engagement portion. A holder main body is arranged between a busbar-side engagement portion and the O-ring. The holder main body is formed with a ring-shaped pressing portion on one opening side of the insertion hole. The holder main body is formed with, on another opening side of the insertion hole, a holder-side engagement portion which is engaged with the busbar-side engagement portion.
Variable connection retention system
A variable connection retention system for a busbar. The retention system comprises of a dielectric overmold base. A main busbar is nested within overmold and engages a mating busbar. The overmold base includes a floating retention nut that displaces axially which engages the main busbar to the mating busbar when torque is applied.
STRUT END CONDITION, END BLOCK, AND CONNECTOR
Various embodiments of a strut end condition, end block, and connector are disclosed. In one embodiment, a system including a series of strut assemblies is provided, comprising: two strut assemblies oriented end-to-end, each including: a strut; an insulator; at least one conductor wire; and an end block oriented within an end of the strut, the end block nesting within the strut; a connector spanning a junction created by adjacent ends of the two strut assemblies, the connector including: an upper housing having at least conductor element having vertical elements at opposing ends; a lower housing, the lower housing including: two lower housing wings, and rotatable locking cams oriented on each of the lower housing wings, the rotatable locking cams having two opposing flat sides and two opposing rounded ends; wherein the locking cams are rotatable to engage the connector with each of the two strut assemblies.
MOTOR
Provided is a motor having a stator including a coil connected to a busbar assembly, a rotor disposed inside the stator; and a shaft coupled to the rotor, wherein the busbar assembly includes a busbar body and a plurality of terminals coupled to the busbar body, each terminal including a body and electrodes, the busbar body having an inner radius and an outer radius; and wherein the electrodes of the plurality of the terminals are located on different circular tracks between the inner radius and the outer radius, wherein the terminal body has a belt shape, and the electrodes are formed in a hook shape by bending the opposite end portions of the terminal body along an extending direction of the terminal body. Thus, an advantageous effect is provided in that a manufacturing cost may be reduced by significantly reducing an amount of generated scrap.
BATTERY WIRING MODULE
A battery wiring module has a novel structure with which workability of a wire routing process can be improved and is able to prevent or reduce the occurrence of misrouting. A battery wiring module includes a plurality of busbars that electrically connect adjacent battery cells of a plurality of battery cells arranged in a row, a plurality of coated wires connected at one end to an external connection terminal and a connecting part provided at the other end being connected to one of the busbars, a wire routing body in which a busbar housing frame that houses the busbars and a wire routing passage that routes the coated wires are provided, and a sub-assembly protector that is mounted to the wire routing body, the sub-assembly protector holding a plurality of coated wires.
METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR UNLOCKING AND REMOVING ELECTRICAL AND IoT DEVICES BY A PUSH AND PULL HAND TOOL
A method and apparatus for unlocking and remove at least one plug-in electrical or IoT device locked by two lock ramps included in two channel of ramps on two surfaces of the plug-in device engaging at least two reciprocal channel of ramps on two surfaces of a support box, by an insertable dual release bar attached to a pull cord or an handle of an hand tool for inserting two insertable bars between the channels of ramps and the reciprocal channels of ramps for unlock and pull to remove the plug-in device.
Electrified vehicle busbar secured using a deformed area of an attachment structure
A busbar assembly includes, among other things, a busbar, a battery terminal, and a deformed area securing together the busbar and the battery terminal. A securing method includes, among other things, positioning a first portion of an attachment structure within an aperture, deforming a second portion of the attachment structure to provide a deformed area, and using the deformed area to secure a busbar relative to a battery terminal.
Support assembly with a support member and a track assembly
A support assembly includes a support member and a track assembly. The support member may include a conductor and/or a pin. The track assembly may include a bus bar. The conductor may be configured to rotate with and/or about the pin to selectively engage the bus bar. The conductor may be configured to rotate about a vertical axis to selectively engage the bus bar. The conductor may be substantially curved and/or substantially planar. The conductor may include a first position and/or a second position. The conductor may not be in electrical contact with the bus bar when in the first position and/or the conductor may be in electrical contact with the bus bar when in the second position. When the conductor is in the first position, the conductor may not restrict removal of the support member from the track assembly.
