Mounting base for an electrical component having a housing with a groove with a convergent bottom for crimping an electrical wire
A base for a wired electrical component, including: a cavity receiving the electrical component including at least one electrical crimp contact; and at least one groove configured to receive an electrical wire to be connected to the electrical component. The at least one groove includes, in a transverse cross-section: a portion shaped to receive an electrical wire; and a converging base acting as a crimping die when the electrical crimp contact is inserted in the groove. A lighting module includes such a base, a method creates and mounts, on a corresponding mounting, a module including such a base, and a garment includes at least one module that includes such a base.

Reflector lamp
In various embodiments, a reflector lamp having a longitudinal axis is provided. The reflector lamp may include: a reflector which has a contour and a neck, with a pin base resting at the end of said neck, a light source arranged in the reflector, wherein the light source is fastened in the reflector with the aid of a mounting clip, which simultaneously adjusts the light source, wherein the mounting clip comprises three sections, namely a first section which holds the light source, a second section which serves for the adjustment in the neck and a third section which is used for the base connection.
Holder assembly
An embodiment includes a holder assembly with terminals that are supported by insert molding. The terminals are electrically connector to conductors, which can be covered with an insulative covering, and thus provide easy to connector holder assemblies. The holder can include features that allow an LED module to be inserted into a recess in the housing and retained via a friction fit. Such a configuration allows the assembly to be shipped as an assembly without the need to solder the LED module to the holder and while still ensuring a reliable electrical connection between the LED module and the corresponding holder assembly.
DECORATIVE GLASS LIGHT AND ASSEMBLY METHOD THEREOF
The present invention relates to a decorative glass light having a light base, a light body and a light shade, wherein a heat-radiating tube and a PCB are sheathed in the light body, a LED board is placed at a top of the light body, one end of the PCB is connected to the LED board through wires, wires connected to the other end of the PCB pass through a PCB protection board.

Bidirectional LED light string
Disclosed is a rectifierless light string that uses bidirectional LEDs. Each LED is illuminated on both the positive and the negative portion of an AC signal so that the AC signal does not have to be rectified. In addition, LEDs are mounted on LED holder plugs, which are designed to allow the LEDs and bypass resistors to be automatically inserted in the LED holder plug. The LED holder plugs are inserted into a light string socket that contains a shunt switch that provides a conduction path when the LED holder plug is not firmly inserted in the light string socket. In this manner, conduction can occur in the light string when the LED holder plug is dislodged.
Lamp socket
The disclosure relates to a lamp socket, and more specifically to a lamp socket so configured as to restrict the insertion of bulbs other than the intended bulb, by arranging ribs on the socket housing corresponding to the shape of a key formed on the bulb. The lamp socket of the disclosure is configured so that when the base of a bulb is inserted into the receiving space of the socket housing, the key formed on the base is not interfered with by the ribs arranged in the receiving space, while if the shape of the key does not match the pattern in which the ribs are arranged, the key will be caught on the ribs, preventing the insertion of the base.

Universal lightbulb socket
A socket having a quick release to removably and reliably receive a light bulb. A flat circular base has a top surface and an outer periphery. A plurality of flexible elongated plastic prongs extend outward from the top surface about the outer periphery of the base. The prongs are threaded and can flex outward to permit the light bulb to be pulled straight out of or pushed straight into the socket without turning the light bulb. A first elongated metal socket contact is positioned along at least one of the flexible elongated plastic prongs. A second metal socket contact is positioned at the top surface of the base.
