BRUSH HOLDING DEVICE FOR A COMMUTATOR MACHINE
A brush holding device may include a brush holder; a plug; a first plug contact element and a second plug contact element; and a first circuit board. The first plug contact element and the second plug contact element may be connected with a brush through a choke coil. The first circuit board may include electric-magnetic interference suppression components connected to a first and second contact area of the first circuit board. The electric-magnetic interference suppression components may be electrically connected to the first contact area and the second contact area, and the electric-magnetic interference suppression components may be directly or indirectly grounded.
Brush holder apparatus, brush assembly, and method
Devices and methods of use for brush holder assemblies are disclosed. Brush holder assemblies including a mounting block and a brush holder are disclosed. Also illustrated is a brush holder assembly including a first portion in sliding engagement with a second portion. In some embodiments the brush holder includes a channel, such that at least a portion of the mounting block is disposed within the channel of the brush holder.
Current transmission sub-device of a current-excited synchronous machine as a drive motor in a hybrid on electric vehicle
A high-voltage accumulator module having a multiplicity of battery cells arranged in a honeycombed parallel- and series connection assembly (for example, honeycomb). The gaps between the battery cells are filled with a thermally and electrically conductive potting compound. The battery cells are electrically insulated with respect to the potting compound. The potting compound is connected to an energy source via electrically conductive fixing elements that protrude into the potting compound and via two pole connections in such a way that a current flow through the potting compound which is as homogenous as possible is achieved. The two pole connections, for example, in the form of metal plates, may be fastened to the potting compound over a large surface area and in close electrical contact therewith by the fixing elements. The fixing elements may protrude as deep as possible into the potting compound in the form of strips or pins and may contain barbs.
SLIDING RING BRUSH HOLDER
An apparatus according to the invention comprises a brush holder for receiving a brush for transmitting power between a rotating part and a stationary part of a slip ring having at least a first electrically conductive contacting member and a second electrically insulating guiding member.
BRUSH UNIT AND CONNECTION DEVICE
A brush unit is attached to a conductor, and abuts on a shaft conductive part provided on a rotary shaft to electrically connect the conductor and the shaft conductive part. The brush unit includes a concave-shaped holder, a brush abutting on the shaft conductive part via an opening part of the holder, and a biasing part that biases the brush. The brush has a first brush part and a second brush part having a larger outer shape than the first brush part. A projecting part of the holder is opposed to a surface of the second brush part to which the first brush part is connected in a biasing direction of the biasing part.
