PROTECTIVE COVER
A protective cover for an electrical conductor comprises a substantially tubular cap surrounding the electrical conductor. The protective cover further includes a substantially disc-shaped flange comprising a bore surrounding the electrical conductor in a liquid-tight manner and an outer contour strictly inscribed in an inner contour of the tubular cap facing disc-shaped flange. The tubular cap also comprises at least one perforation arranged at a low point of the tubular cap. In one example, the protective cover is used for a heating element for an exhaust line.
CORD PROTECTOR
A cord protector detachably securable to an object includes a main body having at least one channel disposed therein that extends along a portion of a longitudinal length of the main body and the channel is capable of receiving and securing a cord, line, or tube therein. The cord protector further includes a clamping/gripping mechanism formed of a pair of oppositely disposed clamping/gripping arms that extend from opposite sides of the main body, which are biased toward one another such that the clamping/gripping arms maintain a substantially closed position at rest. The cord protector is capable of being detachably secured to the object by opening the clamping/gripping arms against the bias and allowing the clamping/gripping arms to return toward the resting position such that they close and clamp upon the object.

METHOD OF MANUFACTURING ELECTRICAL CABLE, AND RESULTING PRODUCT, WITH REDUCED REQUIRED INSTALLATION PULLING FORCE
Disclosed are cable types, including a type THHN cable, the cable types having a reduced surface coefficient of friction, and the method of manufacture thereof, in which the central conductor core and insulating layer are surrounded by a material containing nylon or thermosetting resin. A silicone based pulling lubricant for said cable, or alternatively, erucamide or stearyl erucamide for small cable gauge wire, is incorporated, by alternate methods, with the resin material from which the outer sheath is extruded, and is effective to reduce the required pulling force between the formed cable and a conduit during installation.
ELECTRIC WIRE PROTECTION MEMBER AND WIRE HARNESS
An electric wire protection member to be provided at an end in a longitudinal direction of a tube that covers an outer circumference of an electric wire, the electric wire protection member including: a case; and a magnetic core provided to surround the outer circumference of the electric wire, wherein: the case includes: a core housing that houses the magnetic core; and a cover that covers an inner circumferential edge at the end of the tube, the core housing and the cover are formed in one piece with the case.
WIRE HARNESS
A wire harness including: a core wire having a flat straight section whose vertical height is smaller than a width thereof and a bend bent from an end of the straight section, wherein: the straight section is formed from a second assembled wire obtained by twisting or braiding together first assembled wires which are each obtained by twisting or braiding wire strands, and the bend is formed from a plurality of adjacent wires arranged adjacently in a direction orthogonal to a vertical direction.
Cable conduit with integrated sensors
A cable conduit comprises at least one cable, a tube, which accommodates the cable in an interior space and a sensor for sensing an environmental condition in the interior space of the tube.
WIRE HARNESS
A wire harness includes a shielded electric wire that includes a first coated electric wire that includes a first core electric wire and a first insulating coating that covers the first core electric wire, an electromagnetic shield member that covers the first coated electric wire, a sheath that covers the electromagnetic shield member, and a shield member exposed portion from which the sheath is removed and the electromagnetic shield member is exposed, an insulating cover that covers the shield member exposed portion, and a waterproofing agent applied to the shield member exposed portion and permeated into the electromagnetic shield member. The waterproofing agent is in tight contact with an inner circumferential surface of the sheath and an outer circumferential surface of the first insulating coating. The cover covers a portion of the shield member exposed portion.
STRESS RELIEF ADAPTERS AND STRESS RELIEF ADAPTER SYSTEMS
Systems and apparatuses for routing resources may include an adapter coupled to a conduit, such as to an end of a conduit. The adapter may include a central passage extending along and concentrically disposed about a central longitudinal axis. The adapter may include a first end portion that includes a plurality of apertures that are circumferentially arranged about the central longitudinal axis and extend transversely relative to the central longitudinal axis; a tapered portion that tapers about and along the central longitudinal axis; and a first grooved portion disposed between the first end portion and the tapered portion.
Cable line with electrically conductive areas
A cable line includes a conduit having a tubular body, the wall of which is made of polymeric material, and an electrical cable provided with an outer sheath made of polymeric material and laid inside the conduit's body along its entire length. Herewith, the body wall is made with the provision of its electrically conductive properties, causing the possibility of current flow through the wall in the direction from its inner surface to the outer surface, furthermore the ratio of the diameter of the inner surface of the body wall to the diameter of the outer sheath of the cable is not less than 1.5.
