A combination cable mounting fixture structure is disclosed. The structure includes plural cable units that can be distinguished as first cable units, second cable units, and third cable units. The first cable unit can be selected to be fixed to a flat surface, each of the cable units is provided with at least one male head connecting portion, at least one female head connecting portion, or is provided with both a male head connecting portion and a female head connecting portion. The female (male) head connecting portion of the second cable unit is connected to the adjacent male (female) head connecting portion, and the female (male) head connecting portion of the third cable unit is connected to the adjacent male (female) head connecting portion.

System and method for securing power and communications cables and associated hardware within crown molding
10082227 · 2018-09-25 ·

A system for crown molding that enables safely incorporating electrical and communications cabling within crown molding by creating one or more protected paths which inherently prevent overly sharp bends in crown molding corners and by mitigating damage from penetrating punctures through a decorated face designed to fracture when improperly penetrated by a screw or nail, and enables the secure installation of hardware either concealed within the molding or securely and favorably positioned through the decorative face to view or sense a room, and enables additional cable capacity that is concealed within a light reflector to increase lighting efficacy as well as power and data delivery capacity.

Corner Cable Conduit

A cable conduit system including a curved conduit having a first end and a second end with the first end being perpendicular to the second end, and an inner curved surface opposite an outer curved Surface, wherein the inner curved surface and the outer curved surface define a space for receiving a plurality of cables, and wherein the inner curved surface is oriented to abut a mounting surface and is complimentary shaped to the mounting surface.

Electrical Access System

A support is configured to be attached to and supported by a surface and to a channel running from the first end to the opposing second end of the support. The support carries a first electrical connector in a first end of the channel and a second electrical connector, wired to the first, in the opposing, second end of the channel. The first electrical connector is in electrical connection with the second electrical connector via at least one electrical conductor. An electrical current applied to the first electrical connector is conveyed by that electrical conductor to the second electrical connector. Wiring is directed through holed in the support to access points in the outer surface of the support where the user may access electrical current for operating appliances, charging batteries, and passing digital information. The supports may be decorative molding such as baseboards, crown molding, and chair rails.

Methods and Arrangements for Securing Cable to a Roof

A system for securing one or more heating cables to a roof and having one or more apparatuses, each apparatus including a metal base panel and a continuous metal C-shaped channel integrally-formed with the base panel. The channel includes a pair of opposing continuous channel walls creating and surrounding a continuous cavity having a cross-sectional cavity shape substantially identical for at least a majority thereof to the cross-sectional shape of the cable. The channel walls are resiliently flexible to enable receipt of a continuous length of the heating cable within the cavity such that the heating cable is in snug continuous contact with the channel to enhance heat conductance from the heating cable to the base panel.

SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR SECURING POWER AND COMMUNICATIONS CABLES AND ASSOCIATED HARDWARE WITHIN CROWN MOLDING
20240344639 · 2024-10-17 ·

A crown molding assembly that enables safely incorporating electrical and communications cabling within the crown molding by providing segregated compartments for electrical and copper communications cabling, wherein the decorative face is formed of a composite of fiber reinforcing polymer (FRP) including a fiber-reinforced structure having an increased directionality of said reinforcing fibers causing the decorative face to fracture upon being pierced by a fastener in a manner that renders the damaged section of the decorative face unable to hold the fastener, protecting the electrical cables and any other equipment located behind the decorative face from damage, and enables the secure installation of hardware either concealed within the molding or securely and favorably positioned through the decorative face to view or sense a room, and enables additional cable capacity that is concealed within a light reflector to increase lighting efficacy and power and data delivery capacity.
