Cable conduit transitions
A cable conduit transition including a longitudinal axis, a lower portion having a semicircular shape around the longitudinal axis and two lower portion terminating ends, an upper portion having a semicircular shape around the longitudinal axis and two upper portion terminating ends, and wherein the two lower portion terminating ends are offset from the two upper portion terminating ends.
Prefabricated Electrical Modules and System with Fabrication and Construction Methods
Prefabricated electrical modules and system along with fabrication and construction methods are provided. The prefabricated electrical system includes multiple framed, prefabricated electrical modules of one or more types. The prefabricated electrical module disclosed may comprise one or more of a main service electrical module, a low-voltage module, a switch component module, and a receptacle component module. The casing of the interior components of the modules is weatherproofed and/or weatherized. Each of the modules includes a module exterior frame that accommodates the specialized elements of that particular module. Methods for fabrication of the modules are disclosed. Construction methods for installing the assemblies are also disclosed.
Conduit
Disclosed herein is a conduit for electrical cables. The conduit comprises a cover operable to expose an inside of the conduit, and pathways for the electrical cables. The conduit is adapted to be attached to an exterior surface of a RV, with apertures via which the electrical cables can pass into and out from an interior of the RV being accessible from within the conduit.
PROTECTIVE SKIRT FOR TELECOMMUNICATIONS CABLES
A protective apparatus for telecommunications cables is provided including a mounting frame configured to be affixed to a wall and a protective skirt configured to be selectively engaged with the mounting frame to define an internal volume configured for routing of the telecommunications cables. The mounting frame or the protective skirt including a U-channel dispose at an edge and the other of the protective skirt and the mounting frame including a flange configured to be received in the U-channel. The protective skirt is engaged with the mounting frame when the flange is inserted into the U-channel and the protective skirt is disengaged from the mounting frame by flexion of the protective skirt causing the flange to withdraw from the U-channel.
Flexible channel molding assemblies
A flexible channel molding assembly may include a plurality of molding members. Each of the molding members defines a channel configured to receive a cable, and the plurality of molding members are configured to be pivotally coupled to one another along an axial direction to conform to a surface having a complex geometry.
ELECTROMAGNETIC SHIELD MEMBER AND WIRE HARNESS
An electromagnetic shield member that includes a pressing mechanism with: a cylinder provided on one of a bottom wall of the groove and an opposing wall of the cover opposing the bottom wall of the groove; a piston provided so as to be capable of reciprocal movement in the cylinder; a spring that is provided in the cylinder, and is configured to bias the piston toward one end of the cylinder; and a piston rod that is coupled to the piston, protrudes from the one end of the cylinder, and has a leading end configured to press the electrical wire.
WIRE MANAGEMENT DEVICE
A wire management device for mounting to a structure that has a mounting surface with an edge includes a planar portion having opposing side edges, a front face and a rear face that is configured for engaging the mounting surface. A wire management structure is coupled to extend from the front face and is configured for capturing elongated wires to secure a portion of the wires with the wire management device. An alignment structure is positioned proximate at least one side edge of the planar portion. The alignment structure is configured for engaging an edge of the mounting surface to align the side edges of the planar portion with respect to the mounting surface edges for centering the device. Once the wire management device is mounted, the alignment structure is breakable from the planar portion for being separated and discarded. Then a cover is clipped onto the wire management structure.
Electric Wire Fixing Structure and Wire Harness
An electric wire fixing structure includes a metal protector that houses a protection target part of an electric wire in an electric wire housing chamber on an inner side and allows the electric wire in the electric wire housing chamber to be led out from an electric wire outlet of the electric wire housing chamber; and a fastening structure that fixes the protector to a metal fastening target. The fastening structure includes a male screw member, a through-hole formed in the protector and through which the male screw member is inserted, and a female screw part provided in the fastening target and in which the male screw member is screwed. At least a part of the protector is abutted against the fastening target when the protector is fixed to the fastening target.
Prefabricated electrical module and system
A prefabricated electrical module and system along with fabrication and installation methods are provided. The prefab electrical module includes a circuit breaker panel casing that houses multiple circuit breakers, and a chase extending upwardly from the panel casing that stows coiled lengths of homerun wiring attached to the circuit breakers. During transport, a temporary panel casing front cover protects the panel casing front, and a forwardly protruding guard cover with an upwardly projecting hoisting handle shields the front and top of the chase and wiring. During installation, a hoisting bracket is attached at the top of the stud bay into which the prefab electrical module will be installed. A drill-powered winch is then used to lift the module to the proper height in the bay. The panel casing, chase, wiring, and breakers remain in the wall. The hoisting bracket, temporary panel casing front cover, guard cover, drill, and winch are reusable.
CABLE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM AND WORKSTATION SYSTEM
A cable management system for a worktop has a cable support and at least one support mechanism comprising a base body, a first lever and a second lever. The base body is elongated between first and second ends along a major axis and includes respective pivot and fixation points for the first and second levers. The first lever is at a proximal end pivotally supported in the first pivot point, comprises at least a first retaining portion for receiving the cable support, and is fixable at the first fixation point. The second lever is at a proximal end pivotally supportable in the second pivot point, comprises at least one second retaining portion for receiving the cable support, and is fixable at the second fixation point.
