DEVICE FOR FASTENING AN OBJECT TO A STRUCTURE
The device (1) for fastening an object (2) on a structure has a base (3) intended to be fastened on the structure, at least one support (4) which adapted for receiving said at least one object (2), for mounting the at least one support (4) on the base (3), and for fastening the at least one object (2) on the at least one support (4). The fastening device, firstly, includes at least one block (7), which equips the base (3), secondly, is adapted to secure the at least one block (7) to the base (3), and thirdly, is adapted for assembly of the at least one object (2), the at least one support (4), and the at least one block (7).
WIRE HARNESS
A wire harness including: a wire harness body that includes an electric wire and an outer sheath configured to cover an outer circumference of the electric wire; a first route regulator that is to be attached to an outer circumference of the outer sheath and is configured to regulate a route of the wire harness body; and a fixing member configured to fix the first route regulator to an attachment target.
ADAPTER FOR MOUNTING CABLES AND CABLE HANGERS
An adapter for mounting cable hangers to a mounting structure includes: a plurality of mounting panels, each mounting panel including a mounting hole, the mounting panels attached to each other at edges thereof, each mounting panel being, disposed at an angle relative to its adjacent mounting panels; a base attached to the edge of endmost ones of the mounting panels; wherein the mounting panels and the base define an interior of the adapter; the adapter further comprising at least one pair of fingers extending into the interior of the adapter, each pair of fingers being configured to cooperate to grasp a cable.
Thermal expansion and contraction system
A thermal expansion and contraction system secures cables to a ladder rung. The thermal expansion and contraction system includes a cable grip secured to the ladder rung. The cable grip includes a protective grommet for holding cables to the ladder rung, a metal plate and wire forms to secure the protective grommet to the metal plate. The thermal expansion and contraction system also includes a cable divider secured to the ladder rung to maintaining separation of cables and a cable containment clamp secured to the ladder rung.
Cable Mounting System with Cable Expansion Compensation
A cable mounting system that allows thermal expansion and contraction of cables. The cable mounting system includes straight ladder rack segments and widened ladder rack segments positioned adjacent the straight ladder rack segments. Cable bracket assemblies are mounted to the straight ladder rack segments and saddle bracket assemblies are mounted to the widened ladder rack segments. The cable bracket assemblies secure cables to the ladder rungs of the straight ladder rack segments and allow axial movement of the cables. The saddle bracket assemblies secure the cables on the ladder rungs of the widened ladder rack segments and allow axial and lateral movement of the cables.
CLAMP AND CLAMP-EQUIPPED WIRE HARNESS
A clamp including: a holding portion and a fixing portion, wherein the fixing portion includes: a base, a support shaft that extends from the base in a direction away from the holding portion, a lock that is provided at a leading end of the support shaft and is formed to be able to be locked to the fixed portion, a spring that is provided in a surrounding region of the support shaft between the base and the lock, and is formed so as to be extendable in a direction in which the support shaft extends, and a vibration suppressor provided between two opposing surfaces of the spring that are adjacent to each other in a direction in which the support shaft extends and face each other.
CABLE CLIPS FOR WIRE MANAGEMENT
Cable clips for supporting one or more cables or wires that can be quickly and releasably affixed to metal structures for wire management purposes are provided. The cable clips include a cable holding portion and a plurality of attachment members used to quickly and releasably affixed to the cable clip to metal structures. The cable holding portion and plurality of attachment members are made of an environmentally durable material.
Flat arms for reduced stress and increased load capacity
Methods and devices for reducing stress and for increasing the load-bearing capacity of cable racks supporting electrical power and communication conduits and cables having increased versatility for conduit and cable sizes and quantities. Underground devices including rack arms for these applications are desirably made from plastic or composite materials. Rack arms desirably include openings for tying down the conduits and cables atop the arms. While non-metallic materials are designed to withstand environmental stresses, they typically have strength and rigidity properties less than the metallic structures previously used in such applications. Non-metallic rack arms with such openings may be reinforced locally with a stress attenuator or with ribs to increase their load-bearing and buckling capacity and to reduce their stress, strain and deflection under load. A stress attenuator may be made by increasing the in-molded thickness of the web in areas adjacent to or surrounding the tie-down openings.
WIRING PROTECTION DEVICE IN A VEHICLE
A wiring protection device in a vehicle comprises a support base and a support branch. The support base includes a fixed end and a free end opposite the fixed end and extending away from the fixed end, and a guide rail. The support branch is slidably connected to the support base and includes a first end, a second end and a main body. The first end is adjacent to the free end of the support base at a retracted position, and at least a portion of the main body extends outside the support base at a use position. The extended portion of the support branch and the support base at least partially encloses wiring disposed between a first part and a vehicle part at the use position.
Cable Tray Assembly
A cable tray assembly includes first and second cable tray sections each including a base and rails extending transversely from longitudinal sides of the base. At least one of the base and the rails defines a plurality of holes. A splice plate is configured to engage the first and second cable tray sections for attaching the first cable tray section to the second cable tray section. The splice plate defines a plurality of holes. At least one snap-fit connector includes a head and a plurality of resiliently deflectable arms extending from the head. The arms of the connector are configured to extend through aligned holes in the splice plate and one of the cable tray sections to secure the splice plate to said one of the cable tray sections.
