WIRING DEVICE FOR CIRCUIT BREAKER, AND CIRCUIT BREAKER HAVING SAME
20230087191 · 2023-03-23 ·

Disclosed are a wiring device for a circuit breaker and a circuit breaker having same. The wiring device comprises: a wire holder having a plurality of busbar slots distributed in the height direction; a plurality of wiring busbars correspondingly inserted into the plurality of busbar slots, the wiring busbars being provided with first busbar parts which are vertically arranged; a plurality of first conductive elements arranged on the wire holder at intervals in the width direction, the first conductive elements being provided with first connecting plates which are arranged in the vertical direction; and a first fastening structure which is used for fixedly connecting the first busbar parts and the first connecting plates. Since the plurality of first connecting plates are vertically arranged in the width direction in a staggered manner, the plurality of first busbar parts arranged in the height direction can be directly connected to the corresponding first connecting plates, such that the structure is simpler; the first busbar part and the first connecting plate of each layer are vertically arranged, such that the length of the wiring device for a circuit breaker is greatly reduced, and compared with the prior art, the wiring device for a circuit breaker is more miniaturized; and in addition, due to a small amount of copper materials being used, the temperature rise of the wiring device for a circuit breaker is not only lower, but the cost is also lower.

WIRE HARNESS

A wire harness including: a wire; a positioning member that is made of a synthetic resin and is provided on an outer circumference of the wire; a ring-shaped electromagnetic wave absorber that has a through hole through which the wire passes and is fixed to the positioning member; and a fixing member for fixing the positioning member to the wire, wherein: the positioning member includes a main body including an insertion portion inserted in the through hole, and a fixing portion protruding from the main body to an outside of the through hole, and the fixing member is formed so as to fasten the wire and the fixing portion to each other.

PROTECTIVE SLEEVE AND CABLE CONNECTOR ASSEMBLY HAVING THE SAME

The present disclosure discloses a protective sleeve used for matching with a cable of a cable connector. The protective cover is used to be fixed on the cable to prevent the cable from being excessively bent. The present disclosure also discloses a cable connector assembly having the protective sleeve. Compared with the prior art, the present disclosure is capable of preventing the cable from being excessively bent by providing the protective cover fixed on the cable.

Cable racks for reduced stress and increased load capacity
11611203 · 2023-03-21 ·

Methods and devices for reducing stress and for increasing the load-bearing capacity of cable racks supporting electrical power and communication conduits and cables having increased versatility for conduit and cable sizes and quantities. Underground devices including rack arms for these applications are desirably made from plastic or composite materials. Rack arms desirably include openings for tying down the conduits and cables atop the arms. While non-metallic materials are designed to withstand environmental stresses, they typically have strength and rigidity properties less than the metallic structures previously used in such applications. Non-metallic rack arms with such openings may be reinforced locally with a stress attenuator or with ribs to increase their load-bearing and buckling capacity and to reduce their stress, strain and deflection under load. A stress attenuator may be made by increasing the in-molded thickness of the web in areas adjacent to or surrounding the tie-down openings.

Television cable management apparatus

A television cable management apparatus including a housing assembly and an internal compartments assembly. The housing assembly includes 3 equally spaced apart holes, a bottom and four lateral walls defining a container with opening atop. The 3 equally spaced holes are in one of the four lateral walls of the housing. The internal compartments assembly includes cutouts, cylindrical members and at least one transversal wall. The at least one transversal wall is placed in the housing defining a left compartment and a right compartment. The left compartment is used to store remote controls and the right compartment is used to organize cables. The cables go through the 3 equally spaced apart holes and rest in the cutouts. The cylindrical members are placed in an interior face of one of the four lateral walls. The cylindrical members are used to wind cables therein.

RINGS ROTABLY COUPLED TO SLEEVES TO ACCOMMODATE CABLES

According to examples, an apparatus may include a sleeve and a ring rotatably coupled to the sleeve. The sleeve may extend between a body of an electronic device and a base, and may have a recess to accommodate a cable. The ring may extend across an opening of the recess in a locked position and may be positioned behind the recess in an open position.

WIRING MEMBER

A wiring member includes: at least one wire-like transmission member; a first sheet to which a first section located along a longitudinal direction in the wire-like transmission member is fixed; and a second sheet to which a second section located along a longitudinal direction in the wire-like transmission member is fixed, wherein the first sheet and the second sheet are separated, and at least one bending trace is formed in an intermediate section between the first section and the second section in the wire-like transmission member.
