EXPANSION FITTING FOR CABLE TRAY
The present disclosure provides a cable tray fitting with tray connector and a flexible membrane with opposite longitudinal ends. The tray connectors are secured to the opposite longitudinal with each being secured to one of a pair of adjacent cable tray sections. The flexible membrane allows relative movement between the cable tray sections. The disclosure provides a cable tray assembly including first and second cable tray sections each with a longitudinal end. The cable tray assembly includes a cable tray fitting secured to and disposed between the longitudinal ends of the first and second cable tray sections. The disclosure provides a method of assembling a cable tray assembly by securing a cable tray fitting to opposing and adjacent longitudinal ends of first and second cable tray sections and allowing the cable tray sections to move in three dimensions relative to one another by virtue of the flexible membrane.
Electrical power supply structures
The present disclosure provides an electrical power supply structure comprising a plurality of insulated pipes, each insulated pipe extending longitudinally and configured to carry high amperage electrical power, a barrier support plate comprising one or more openings for receiving the plurality of insulated pipes, the barrier support plate configured for mounting over a hole through a floor of a building, a first support structure extending longitudinally upward from an upper side of the barrier support plate, and a second support structure extending longitudinally downward from a lower side of the barrier support plate through the hole. Each of the first and second support structures comprises a longitudinally extending enclosure having a plurality of transversely extending conductor support members for supporting the plurality of insulated pipes, and the plurality of insulated pipes are grouped by phase.
Perforated tray splicing system
A cable tray assembly comprising a plurality of tray segments, each tray segment comprising a first portion and a second portion positioned about first and second ends, respectively, of the tray segment. The first portion has an inner region between at least sidewalls of the tray segment that is sized to receive placement of a second end of another tray segment. Additionally, the first portion can include one or more open ended grooves that, during assembly of the cable tray assembly, can receive a mating projection that is securely connected to the second end of the other tray segment. The open ended groove can be downwardly sloped, and can extend through an outer edge of the corresponding sidewall. The projection can be fixed or adjoined to the second end at least prior to assembly of the cable tray assembly, and can include shank that is threadingly engaged by a retainer.
Slider bracket assembly
A slider bracket assembly is provided having one or more slider brackets, one or more strap-slider brackets, a main cable tray, and a tray section, wherein the one or more slider brackets couple the one or more strap-slider brackets to both the main cable tray and the tray section. Methods for installing a slider bracket assembly comprise coupling slider brackets to a first strap-slider bracket and a second strap-slider bracket, coupling the first and second strap-slider brackets to a tray section to form a tray section assembly, and then coupling the tray assembly to a main cable tray using the first and second strap-slider brackets.
TRANSPORT SYSTEM
A transport system includes a transport device to transport an article, a cable unit, one end of which is connected to the transport device, the other end of which is fixed to ground side, the cable unit configured to move in accordance with movement of the transport device, and a placement section capable of placing the cable unit. The placement section has a base, and a first damping member provided on the base and having damping properties higher than that of the base. The first damping member does not support the cable unit thereon.
WIRING MEMBER
In a base member arrangement section, a plurality of wire-like transmission members are divided into at least a first wire-like transmission member bundle and a second wire-like transmission member bundle, and the cover member is fixed to the base member at positions on both sides of the first wire-like transmission member bundle and the second wire-like transmission member bundle and a position between the positions on the both sides to cover the first wire-like transmission member bundle and the second wire-like transmission member bundle. In a non-base member arrangement section, the plurality of wire-like transmission members include a large bundle part where the first wire-like transmission member bundle and the second wire-like transmission member bundle are bundled together.
VERTICAL GUIDE CHANNEL
A guide channel for guiding an energy chain along a vertical line or along a line running with a vertical component, which guide channel has delimiting walls that are formed by separate guide plates and are arranged opposite each other. The two guide plates have smooth sliding surfaces on their sides facing the energy chain, which sliding surfaces are provided, in their lateral edge regions, with guide flanges protruding at a right angle. The guide plates are retained in brackets, which can be fastened, with a height offset at distances, to a supporting wall and which are U-shaped. The exterior side of the U web of the bracket lies against the supporting wall, and the guide plates can be fastened to the interior sides of the U legs of the bracket.
WIRING MEMBER
A wiring member includes a sheet, a first wire-like transmission member fixed to the sheet, and a second wire-like transmission member having lower rigidity than the first wire-like transmission member and fixed to the sheet. An intersection part of the first wire-like transmission member and the second wire-like transmission member is provided on the sheet, and the first wire-like transmission member is located closer to a side of the sheet than the second wire-like transmission member in the intersection part.
Cable Tray
A cable tray includes a pair of opposed side rails. Each of the pair of side rails includes an upper flange and a lower flange. A web portion extends between and interconnects the upper flange and the lower flange. The web portion includes an outer side and an inner side and a plurality of stiffeners protrude one or more of inwardly and outwardly therefrom. A plurality of spaced apart rungs extend between and connect the pair of opposed side rails.
Cable Tray Fabricated from Curable Polymer Strips
A cable tray of the ladder type configuration can be fabricated from soft solid curable polymer strips comprised of a thermosetting material. The curable polymer strips in a pliable state may be wound into strip rolls for storage and transportation to the installation site. At the installation site, the soft solid curable polymer strips can be deployed, molded into pliable formed rail sections, and transversely connected together by a plurality of rungs. The curing process can be completed by, for example, exposing the thermosetting material to a ultraviolet or visible light source to produce hardened rail sections of the ladder type cable tray.
