In various implementations, a raceway may be provided that is capable of providing power and/or data connectivity to items (e.g., devices, articles of furniture, etc.) coupled to the raceway. The raceway may be low profile. The raceway may be disposed on floor and/or under floor. The raceway may include an integrated power housing. The raceway may include segments that are selected, as desired for an application configuration, and that are coupleable to each other or other components of the raceway (e.g., nodes, joints, etc.). The housing of component(s) of the raceway may include a base and wall(s) with at least curved section and at least one straight section.

Pole base cabinet

This disclosure relates to pole bases, specifically to light pole base cabinets that can house items. The pole base cabinets can be positioned between a light pole and a footing. The pole base cabinets provide a base to a light pole while adding additional functionality. The cabinets can include a main opening allowing access to a cavity in which items can be stored. Access to the cavity can be restricted with a door that uncovers and covers the main opening. The pole base cabinets can include support panels, internal stiffening panels, external stiffening panels, support tabs, flanges, tabs, a peripheral wall, and other features to provide structural support and enclose the contents in the pole base cabinet.

POWER DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM

A power distribution system includes a track having a first end, a second end opposite the first end, and a longitudinal axis extending through the first and second ends. The track defines a channel extending along the longitudinal axis. A plurality of power cables is positioned within the channel. The power distribution system further includes an electrical hub having a body coupled to the second end of the track. A plurality of wafers is supported by the body and stacked on top of each other to define a set of terminals. The set of terminals is electrically connected to the plurality of power cables. A power receptacle is supported by the body and electrically connected to the plurality of wafers.

System and Method for Automated Conductive Charging of an Electric Vehicle

A charging station for automatically conductively charging an electric vehicle having an underbody receptacle cavity is provided. When charging, the charging station and the electric vehicle may spaced apart by a linear distance. Other alignment discrepancies may also exist between the electric vehicle and the charging station. To traverse the linear distance and align and insert the plug into the receptacle, the charging station may be capable of moving in multiple translational degrees of freedom.

Load center

Implementations include a compartmentalized plug-in load center having connector receptacles for load circuit wiring connection to the load center and a plug-in back plate to connect the plug-in load center to a vertical power busway within a utility wall panel of a building, and a method for installing the load center in a building with a vertical power busway.

ELECTRICALLY INTERLOCKED RECEPTACLES IN POWER PEDESTALS

A power pedestal is described. The power pedestal includes a plurality of receptacles that are configured to connect to external devices. The plurality of receptacles includes a first receptacle and a second receptacle of the plurality of receptacles. The first receptacle and the second receptacle are electrically interlocked with one another. The power pedestal includes a first circuit breaker connected to the first receptacle and a second circuit breaker connected to the second receptacle, and a shunt trip circuit that is configured to trip the first circuit breaker to disable power to the first receptacle of the power pedestal, responsive to the second circuit breaker associated with the second receptacle of the power pedestal being in an active state. Related devices and methods are also described.

Pedestal enclosure for utility components

A pedestal housing for utility connections includes a lower section having a plurality of walls, an upper surface, and a bottom opening. A first rim is formed on the lower section positioned below the upper surface. A second rim is formed on the lower section positioned below the first rim. An upper section includes a plurality of walls and a top. The upper section is releasably connected to the lower section to form a housing for receiving one or more utility components. The upper section is configured to mate with one of the first rim or the second rim.
