Each of the plurality of link members 20 includes a link body 20A in which a surface positioned on an inner side of a bend in a pivoted state is open as an opening surface 20C, and a cover 20B that is engaged with the link body 20A, and blocks the opening surface 20C.

Flex-fitting cable tray

A cable tray system including two or more cable tray sections comprising a first side rail and a second side rail arranged substantially parallel to one another and a floor extending between. The tray system also includes one or more flex-wires for joining the cable tray sections, where the flex-wires can be U— or loop-shaped. Upon exerting tension on the flex-wires, the first and second cable tray sections can move away from one another from a first position to a second position. In addition, the tray system includes a fastening device that removably locks the tray system into the second position.

EXPANSION FITTING FOR CABLE TRAY

The present disclosure provides a cable tray fitting with tray connector and a flexible membrane with opposite longitudinal ends. The tray connectors are secured to the opposite longitudinal with each being secured to one of a pair of adjacent cable tray sections. The flexible membrane allows relative movement between the cable tray sections. The disclosure provides a cable tray assembly including first and second cable tray sections each with a longitudinal end. The cable tray assembly includes a cable tray fitting secured to and disposed between the longitudinal ends of the first and second cable tray sections. The disclosure provides a method of assembling a cable tray assembly by securing a cable tray fitting to opposing and adjacent longitudinal ends of first and second cable tray sections and allowing the cable tray sections to move in three dimensions relative to one another by virtue of the flexible membrane.

A cable tray assembly comprising a plurality of tray segments, each tray segment comprising a first portion and a second portion positioned about first and second ends, respectively, of the tray segment. The first portion has an inner region between at least sidewalls of the tray segment that is sized to receive placement of a second end of another tray segment. Additionally, the first portion can include one or more open ended grooves that, during assembly of the cable tray assembly, can receive a mating projection that is securely connected to the second end of the other tray segment. The open ended groove can be downwardly sloped, and can extend through an outer edge of the corresponding sidewall. The projection can be fixed or adjoined to the second end at least prior to assembly of the cable tray assembly, and can include shank that is threadingly engaged by a retainer.

Cable Tray Clips and Methods for Using the Same

The present invention relates to a cable mold for organizing and protecting indoor cable such as an electric wire or communication wire, and specifically, provides a cable mold comprising: a bottom part tightly adhering to a floor and receiving cable on top of the bottom part; a cover part for covering the upper side of the bottom part, and receiving the cable under the cover part; a connection part for integrally connecting the respective one-side front ends of the bottom part and cover part, and enabling the cover part to open and close; lock parts each correspondingly formed on the respective other-side front ends of the bottom part and cover part so as to be capable of being fastened to and separated from each other; and an opening/closing means part formed on the other side of the bottom part or cover part so as to enable the cover part to be opened. Thus, the cover part may be opened/closed more smoothly and stably, and at the same time, may be easily opened by hand.

Cable tray cable routing system

The present invention is directed to a cable routing system with a bracket that joins adjacent cable trays. The bracket includes a main body with upper members, a bottom member and sides. The upper members have a space therebetween to retain transverse wires of adjacent cable trays. The sides include generally C-shaped arms extending from the sides of the main body and along the back of the main body. When the bracket is secured to the adjacent cable trays a longitudinal wire of each cable tray is positioned between the upper members and the sides of the main body.

Joint element for cable ladder and a method for the mounting of the same

Joint element for joining the side profiles of a first and a second cable ladder end-to-end with each other, preferably the side profiles being of the so-called hexagonal type, which joint element comprises on one hand a longitudinal gripping edge, which is connectable over the first longitudinal edges of the side profiles, and on the other hand a locking edge, which connects to the second, oppositely situated longitudinal edges of the side profiles, the locking edge of the joint element being provided with locking means for the fixation of the joint element against the side profile, wherein the locking means is formed as a locking tab that is formed with a free end and integrated with the locking edge. The invention also concerns a method for joining the side profiles of a first and a second cable ladder end-to-end with each other using such a joint element.
