The present invention relates to a cable tray section which allows being successively coupled to another tray section (1) having similar features, without needing accessories or angle requirements on the horizontal plane, comprising longitudinal metal wires (10); U-shaped transverse metal wires (20); at least one anchoring element (30) installed between the longitudinal wires (10), attached to the last and next to last transverse wires (20), and comprising a single metal wire (31) close to the next to last transverse wire (20); and a pair of straight sections (32, 32′) parallel to one another; where the upper straight section (32′) projects with respect to the last transverse wire (20), forming an S-shaped section (33) perpendicular to the straight sections (32, 32′), such that there is established a free space (40) between the last transverse wire (20) and said S-shaped section (33); said space (40) having a dimension corresponding to the thickness of a transverse wire (20).

FLEX-FITTING CABLE TRAY

A cable tray system including two or more cable tray sections comprising a first side rail and a second side rail arranged substantially parallel to one another and a floor extending between. The tray system also includes one or more flex-wires for joining the cable tray sections, where the flex-wires can be U- or loop-shaped. Upon exerting tension on the flex-wires, the first and second cable tray sections can move away from one another from a first position to a second position. In addition, the tray system includes a fastening device that removably locks the tray system into the second position.

Vertical cable manager

A cable manager includes one or more cable manager units. Each cable manager unit includes a pair of side cable guides, each comprised of a plurality of finger-like projections extending forwardly from a support column. At least one of the pair of support columns has a socket arranged at a side thereof. Each cable manager unit further includes a separate midsection member capable of insertion into the socket for interconnecting the pair of side cable guides.

A splice for connecting a first and second cable tray includes first and second connectors. The first connector has a first base, a first tine extending from the first base having a first female connecting feature, and a second tine extend from the first base having a first male connecting feature. The first and second tine are separated by a first opening. The second connector has a second base, a third tine extending from the second base having a second female connecting feature, and a fourth tine extend from the second base having a second male connecting feature. The third tine and the fourth tine are separated by a second opening. The first and second connectors are configured to be connected together with the first female connecting feature mating with the second male connecting feature and the first male connecting feature mating with the second female connecting feature.

Connection device for connecting mesh cable trays and mesh cable tray section

A connection device connects mesh cable trays and mesh cable tray section. The trays include longitudinal and transverse rods joined together. The connection device includes two side parts connected by a central connection section. The central connection section includes an intermediate section and two grooved sections. Each grooved section is disposed on one side of the intermediate section. The height of the central connection piece is greater than the distance between two consecutive longitudinal rods of the cable. The central connection piece has s recess for housing a longitudinal rod of the cable tray. One grooved section has an outer side surface with a wedge-shaped upper section, a central section wherefrom a connection device side part projects laterally, and a lower section below the recess housing the longitudinal rod. The other grooved section projects laterally from the other side part, connecting the side part and the other grooved section.

Cable tray cable routing system

The present invention is directed to a cable routing system with a bracket that joins adjacent cable trays. The bracket includes a main body having a top edge, a bottom edge, and sides. The top edge includes at least one notch at a center of the main body to retain transverse wires of the adjacent cable trays. The bottom edge includes a spring arm to hold the bracket in place. The bracket is attached to adjacent cable trays with a longitudinal wire of each cable tray positioned between the top edge and the spring arm to secure the bracket to the cable tray.

SPLICE PLATE FOR CABLE TRAY FITTING
