A split, locknut grounding bushing has a first metal bushing portion with first and second ends, a top, a bottom with teeth, an exterior surface with a boss for receipt of a lug, and an interior surface with threads; a second metal bushing portion similar to the first bushing portion, first and second insulators respectively connected to the top of the first and second metal bushing portions. The first and second metal bushing portions pivot with respect to each other at one end and can be fastened to each other at the second end. The threads of the first and second bushing portions can thread onto the threads of a conduit or connector passing through a hole in an electrical enclosure so as to engage the teeth on the bottom of the first and second bushing portions with an interior surface of the enclosure.

Power cable and system for delivering electrical power

A power cable is presented. The power cable includes a power link. The power cable further includes an enclosure coupled to the power link, where the enclosure is partially open. Moreover, the power cable includes a contactor disposed at least partially within the enclosure and electrically coupled to the power link, where the contactor is configured to be connected to a receiver such that an open end of the enclosure forms a fluid-tight coupling with the receiver and a cavity is defined between the enclosure and the receiver. A system including the power cable and a method for controlling a supply of an electrical power are also presented.

SHIELD CONNECTION STRUCTURE AND WIRE HARNESS

A shield connection structure that includes a tube made of metal; a flexible shield made of metal; and a ring that includes an inner ring externally fitted onto the tube and an outer ring, the ring being made of a same type of metal as the flexible shield, wherein the flexible shield is electrically connected to the tube via the ring when sandwiched between the inner ring and the outer ring.

CONDUIT COUPLING ASSEMBLY
20200287366 · 2020-09-10 ·

A conduit coupling assembly facilitates connection of liquid-tight tubing with a conduit section through which associated electrical wiring and/or cables are routed. The assembly includes a transition coupling, which is joined to male and female, liquid-tight connectors. The coupling assembly is joined to the conduit and projects above an associated concrete slab or the like to position the liquid-tight connectors for efficiently joining associated liquid-tight tubing to the conduit. The conduit coupling assembly thus particularly facilitates routing of wiring from a conduit section positioned within a concrete slab or like flooring element, through the transition coupling, and the liquid-tight connectors.

Conduit coupling adapter

A conduit coupling adapter for securing attaching a conduit to an enclosure. The conduit coupling adapter generally includes a first end for receiving a conduit and attaching to it via an adhesive, and a second end coupled to the second end comprises threads and is configured for attaching to an enclosure using a locknut.

Quick lock system for joining and aligning tubes, conduits and junction boxes

A connecting system for quickly securing a hollow tube to a structure or to another hollow tube using a connector that has a housing with a tapered interior edge that operably engages a locking element positioned therein. When the tube is inserted into the locking element, the locking element holds and locks the tube in place in the connector. A guide ring may be provided within the connector to facilitate proper alignment of the tube within the connector and provide electrical continuity throughout the entire tube connecting system. One or more bearings may be provided as part of the locking element to facilitate initial tube insertion and then compression locking of the tube by the locking element. The connector can include a variety of structure engaging portions to allow the connector to be operably secured to a variety of structures such as electrical junction boxes, electrical conduits, tubes, armored cables, metal clad cables, flexible metal cables and the like.
