Submarine optical transmission apparatus and submarine optical communication system
An object to provide a submarine optical transmission apparatus capable of efficiently housing optical components and electric components. First component housing units can house either or both of an optical component and an electric component and are stacked in a Z-direction. A case can house the first component housing units and a longitudinal direction thereof is an X-direction. A heat dissipating member is disposed in the case and conducts heat generated in the first component housing units to the case.
Electrical connection box
An electrical connection box capable of suppressing ingression of liquid is provided. The electrical connection box is configured to house an electrical device, to interconnect a plurality of in-vehicle device via the housed electrical device, and to be provided in a vehicle, and includes an insertion port that passes through a side wall and into which an electric wire to be connected to the electrical device is inserted, and an eave portion that is provided along an upper edge portion of the insertion port and protrudes outwardly by a predetermined length.
SMART WALL-PLATE SYSTEM
A wall-plate system having a wall-plate adapted to accommodate a printed circuit board assembly (PCBA) coupled with the wall-plate and may comprise a mounting bracket. The PCBA may include one or more chip packages and/or other components that extend into cavities in the mounting bracket after installation, the cavities located on the mounting bracket to accommodate chip packages and/or other components. The wall-plate may include snaps to couple with the mounting bracket, the snaps extending from an interior surface of the wall-plate, the snaps located away from edges of the wall-plate towards a center of the wall-plate. The mounting bracket may comprise openings to couple with a device in a junction box and/or with the junction box. The wall-plate may comprise, e.g., one or more battery mounts and the mounting bracket may have a shape to accommodate extension by the battery mounts into a plane of the mounting bracket.
Electrical Outlet Covers and Related Methods
An electrical outlet cover includes a body portion resembling a body portion of a vertebrate or invertebrate creature. The body portion comprising a plurality of recesses and a plurality of couplers. One or more limbs and/or a head and/or a tail are configured to be removably coupled at the recesses and releasably secured thereto using one or more of the couplers. At least one of the recesses may not be coupled with a limb, head or tail, and may allow a cord of a plug, plugged into an electrical outlet covered by the electrical outlet cover, to extend through the recess. Through-holes or other mounting mechanisms are configured to allow mounting of the limbs with a wall such that the electrical outlet cover can be secured over the electrical outlet. In implementations the outlet cover cannot be removed, once secured to a wall, without unscrewing the legs from the wall.
Bracket and holding structure of electrical junction box
A bracket configured to hold an electrical junction box includes a plate-shaped back surface portion configured to abut on a back surface of the electrical junction box, and a plurality of holding portions which are erected from the back surface portion along an assembly direction of the electrical junction box. The plurality of holding portions are configured to hold at least two positions on side surfaces of the electrical junction box so as to sandwich the electrical junction box in a direction intersecting the side surfaces. The plurality of holding portions are configured to have a first inclination relative to the assembly direction before assembly of the electrical junction box, and have a second inclination which is smaller than the first inclination relative to the assembly direction after the assembly of the electrical junction box.
CABLE FIXATION ASSEMBLY WITH TIE WRAP PASSAGE HAVING PREFERRED INSERTION DIRECTION
Cable fixation assemblies for telecommunications systems. A cable support body of a cable fixation assembly defines a tie wrap passage. The tie wrap passage includes features that can improve tie wrap tightening control and/or a preferred tie wrap advancement direction when securing a cable to the cable support with the tie wrap.
ELECTRICAL JUNCTION BOX
An electrical junction box includes a case body on which a first opening and a second opening are formed, a first cover configured to be fixed to the case body such that the first cover covers the first opening, and a second cover configured to be fixed to the case body such that the second cover covers the second opening. The second cover is fixed to the case body by a first rotation fulcrum engaging part and an inter-cover engaging part. The first rotation fulcrum engaging part includes an engaging protrusion formed on one end of the case body, and an engaging frame formed on one end of the second cover and configured to be engaged with the engaging protrusion. The inter-cover engaging part includes a lock arm formed on another end of the second cover, and a lock arm receiving part formed on the first cover.
OUTER CASING ATTACHMENT STRUCTURE
An outer casing attachment structure includes a cables extending in a same direction, outer casings to which the inner cables is respectively inserted, a connecting member to which ends of the outer casings are connected, and a holding member including a holding part configured to hold the connecting member, wherein an installation space where the connecting member is disposed, and an opening provided in a direction perpendicular to an axis direction of the inner cables and configured to communicate between the installation space and outside are formed in the holding part, wherein the holding part includes a first retainer part and a second retainer part formed on both sides of the opening in an arrangement direction of the inner cables, and the connecting member includes a first engaging part configured to engage with the first retainer part, and a second engaging part configured to engage with the second retainer part.
Mounting Bracket with Angled Mounting Openings for Electrical Boxes
A mounting bracket for electrical boxes that can include a mounting body with a plurality of mounting features. The plurality of mounting features can include a first set of mounting openings that can have respective elongate directions extending in parallel. The mounting body can have a mounting body axis extending across a shortest between opposing first and second sides of the mounting body. The elongate directions of the first set of mounting openings can be disposed at an acute angle relative to the mounting body axis. The first set of mounting openings can be configured to receive a plurality of fasteners to attach the mounting bracket to a first electrical box.
Water-resistant element, external connection wire module, antenna box module and method of fixing a water-resistant element at a housing
A water-resistant element, adapted to an opening, comprising a deformable body, a first plate and a second plate is provided. The first plate is disposed at and against a first side of the deformable body. The second plate is disposed at and against a second side of the deformable body. When the deformable body is disposed in the opening, a relative displacement between the first plate and the second plate is used to change a shape of the deformable body such that the deformable body closely fits the opening in order to block moisture from entering into the opening. In addition, an external connection wire module comprising the water-resistant element, an antenna box module comprising the external connection wire module and a method of fixing the water-resistant element at a housing are also provided.
