Adjustable width power distribution block
An electrical distribution block includes a first base, a second base, and a spacer plate discrete from the first and second base. The spacer plate is positioned between first base and the second base and secures the first base to the second base. A conductor block is connected to at least one of the first base or the second base. The conductor block includes a primary tap and a secondary tap.
ELECTRICAL CONNECTION BOX AND COVER STRUCTURE FOR ELECTRICAL CONNECTION PART
An electrical connection box includes a housing member, a first cover member, a second cover member, a hinge structure between the first and the second cover members, and a detachment prevention structure that disables detachment of the second cover member from the first cover member. The hinge structure includes a rotation shaft of the first cover member, a bearing of the second cover member, and a through hole in the first cover member. The through hole allows the bearing to be inserted from a free end and move in a direction that intersects an insertion direction of the bearing and is perpendicular to the axial direction of the rotation shaft to be fitted to the rotation shaft. The detachment prevention structure includes a rotational retaining section of the bearing and a retainer of the housing member.
Electrical connection box and wire harness
An electrical connection box includes a block that houses a plurality of electronic components, a housing body in which an internal space for housing the block is formed, and engagement portions that are provided between the block and the housing body and fits the block to the housing body. The engagement portions include a first engagement portion corresponding to the one direction end of the block in a specific direction and a second engagement portion corresponding to the other direction end of the block in the specific direction. In the first engagement portion, an inclined surface of the guide receiving portion is formed. When the block is inserted into the housing body in the insertion direction, the inclined surface is formed by cutting out an end where the guide receiving portion faces a guide piece in the insertion direction.
Electrical junction box
Provided is an electrical junction box that enables suppression of entry of water even when the electrical junction box is installed in a vehicle in different orientations. Disclosed is an electrical junction box including a first case having an opening, a second case configured to cover the opening, and an accommodated component that includes a circuit assembly and is housed between the first case and the second case. The second case includes a peripheral wall formed by connecting a plurality of flat faces in a polygonal shape to cover an outer periphery of the first case adjacent to the opening. The first case includes water guard walls extending along at least two of the flat faces to cover a region not covered with the peripheral wall.
JUNCTION BOX AND POWER STORAGE DEVICE
A junction box includes a housing having a plurality of side wall portions, and a liquid detector including a first terminal portion and a second terminal portion. The junction box is disposed in a housing case housing a power storage module. The first terminal portion and the second terminal portion are directed toward a lower side of one of the side wall portions and drawn out from the inside of the housing to the outside of the housing.
Foldable and/or collapsible plastic/composite utility enclosure
A foldable extension enclosure for a utility enclosure having first, second, third, and fourth sides connected by hinges. The extension enclosure folds only in one direction. A first end of the first side slidably overlaps a second opposite end of the third side and a first end of the second side slidably overlaps a second opposite end of the fourth side. A second opposite end of the first side abuts a first end of the fourth side and a first end of the third side abuts a second opposite end of the second side. There is an internal top ledge on each side in an interior near a top end of the extension enclosure and an external bottom ledge on each side on an exterior near a bottom end of the extension enclosure to mount the extension enclosure to the utility enclosure through mounting holes. The mounting holes are in the sides between the top ledge and the top end and between the bottom ledge and the bottom end. The extension enclosure folds with the utility enclosure.
Reversible leveling ring for securing various cover plates to concrete cans
A reversible leveling ring for an electrical floor box. Multiple bolt-hole patterns to enable the leveling ring to accommodate more than a single style of floor box cover. The leveling ring includes a ring body having an inner periphery and a plurality of arms extending from the inner periphery. A first set of arms includes bores extending from a first side of the ring and a second set of arms includes bores extending from a second side of the ring. The bores in the first set of arms match a circular bolt-hole pattern that is of a different diameter than the bolt-hole pattern in the second set of arms thereby enabling an installer to flip the leveling ring in order to accommodate cover plates having two bolt-hole patterns.
HEIGHT ADJUSTABLE MOUNTING BOX
A mounting box for mounting an electrical device into a cavity of a wall has an outer body having an expansion element arranged in a side wall that extends in a depth direction, wherein, in use, the expansion element is pressed against the cavity, the mounting box having a first expansion control element arranged for pressing the expansion element against the cavity from a resting state to a securing state, and wherein the mounting box further includes an inner body, arranged to be mounted into the outer body and arranged for receiving the electrical device, wherein the inner body has adjustment means for moving the inner body in the depth direction inside the outer body regardless of the condition of the expansion element.
Recessed floor fitting and covers therefore
A recessed floor box system is provided herein. The recessed floor box system includes a housing having a set of walls defining an interior chamber; a riser; a non-use cover; and an in-use cover. The riser is connected to the housing and includes an interior opening connected to the interior chamber. The non-use cover is positioned on the riser and across the interior opening. The in-use cover is positioned on the riser and at least partially defines an egress opening that provides access to the interior opening. The in-use cover includes an upper portion having a substantially planar surface and a lower portion having a latch mechanism to secure the cover over the riser.
CONDUIT NIPPLE GROUNDING BUSHING
A conduit nipple grounding bushing to connect between two electrical enclosures or an electrical enclosure and a conduit body, comprising a body having a first portion and a second portion forming a hollow cylindrical interior for the passage of conductors therethrough, the body having a first opening at a first end of the body and a second opening at a second end of the body, the first portion having an outer surface with one or more mounting pads along a circumferential area, each of said one or more mounting pads configured for receipt of a grounding lug, and an end surface dimensioned to contact an electrical box about a knockout hole thereof, and wherein the second portion has exterior threads configured to pass through a knockout hole of an electrical box and dimensioned for receipt of a locknut if the conduit nipple grounding bushing is connected between two electrical boxes or for threaded engagement with a threaded hub of a conduit body if the conduit nipple grounding bushing is connected between an electrical box and a conduit body; and a grounding lug dimensioned for securement to one of the mounting pads by a screw, wherein the mounting pad includes a threaded bore for receipt of said screw.
