A swing arm assembly for a utility vault housing a utility equipment includes a swing arm bracket for supporting the utility equipment and a latch support arm both rotatably coupled to a sidewall of the utility vault. A latch pin is attached to one of the swing arm bracket and the latch support arm and a locking slot is formed in the other one of the swing arm bracket and the latch support arm for slidably receiving the latch pin. The locking slot has a first locking end that locks the latch pin in a stowed position for stowing the utility equipment and a second locking end that locks the latch pin in a service position for servicing the utility equipment.

A resin molded article (1) is formed by resin injection, and comprises a main body (2) and a joint section (3) integrally formed at an outer wall surface (4) of the main body (2) and having a cylindrical section (11) configured to insert therethrough the joint member for attaching the main body (2) to a mating member (6). The joint section (3) is formed to be asymmetric about a perpendicular plane (19) which passes through the central axis (18) of the cylindrical sections (11), and is perpendicular to the outer wall surface (4) of the main body (2).

An improved mounting block has a base plate portion and a face plate portion. Base plate portion has an outer surface extending outward from a mounting surface and is selectively attachable to the face plate portion. One of the face plate portion and the base plate portion has a plurality of snap fit teeth formed thereon, and the other has a plurality of snap fit receivers, configured to selectively receive the snap fit teeth. Face plate portion may include flange flex grooves formed in an attachment flange, allowing walls to deflect independently from corners, such that the flange flex grooves allow the attachment flange to flex outward from the outer surface. Base plate portion may include alignment ribs extending outward from the outer surface, such that the flange flex grooves formed in the attachment flange interface with the alignment ribs formed on the base plate portion.

A Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) controller includes a first cover secured to a second cover, with HVAC components housed by the first cover and the second cover. The first cover may include two or more latches to secure the first cover to the second cover. In some cases, the second cover may include two or more latch receivers each configured to receive one of the two or more latches of the first cover as the first cover and the second cover are brought together. The first and second covers may include one or more guide features. The guide features may be configured to guide movement of the first cover relative to the second cover as the first cover and the second cover are brought together.

A heating, ventilation, and/or air condition (HVAC) controller assembly to reduce undesired air currents includes a front cover, a back plate configured to be removably secured to the front cover, HVAC controller circuitry, a plurality of wire openings, and an air intrusion barrier configured to extend across the wire openings. The HVAC controller circuitry is configured to be electrically coupled to a plurality of wires extending through a hole in the wall to adjust an environmental characteristic of in a controlled space. Each wire opening is configured to receive only a single wire and each wire is configured to extend through a different one of the wire openings. The air intrusion barrier is configured to receive the wires to generally form a plurality of seals against the wires. The wire openings are configured to substantially support the wires to reduce movement of the wires relative to the air intrusion barrier.

Disclose is a housing formed in a rectilinear configuration. The housing has rear and front cover panels, left and right side panels, and lower and upper panels. Next provided is a divider panel having a rectangular configuration disposed between the front cover panel and back panel, and between the left and right side panels, and between the lower and upper panels. Next provided is plurality of electrical receptacles located in the divider panel facing forwardly with wiring extending from a source of potential into the rearward chamber then coupling to the electrical receptacles. Lastly, a vent in the divider panel is provided with a fan for exhausting heated air from the rearward chamber to the forward chamber and to exterior of the housing.

A universal light mounting box for retrofit is described. The retrofit light mounting box attaches to a junction box and receives electrical power from the junction box cables. The mounting box includes a canopy housing and a camera housing to provide wireless communication of both audio and video capabilities for the area around the junction box while also providing controlled power to a light fixture which is attached to the mounting box. A depending camera housing provides both audio and video signals which can be transmitted from the retrofit canopy housing electronics to a user's device.
