Powered wall plate with keyed interface
A powered wall plate may include a face plate comprising an opening extending through the face plate from the first surface to the rear surface. A first keyed interface may be formed at the rear surface of the face plate. An electrical receptacle may comprise a second keyed interface configured to be coupled with the first keyed interface, the electrical receptacle further comprising terminals disposed on sides of the electrical receptacle. Spring-biased terminals may be coupled to the face plate and coupled with the terminals. A powered feature may be coupled to the face plate and configured to be electrically coupled to the electrical receptacle through the spring-biased terminals when the first keyed interface and the second keyed interface are mateably coupled. Power may not be supplied from the electrical receptacle to the powered feature when the first keyed interface is not mateably coupled with the second keyed interface.
Current/voltage sensor and universal tap-off box
A tap-off box includes a latch that automatically secures the tap-off box to a busway upon insertion of a mast into the busway. The latch is in the form of a single spring-loaded member that latches onto a rail as the masthead is pushed into the busway. A push button actuated camming member pushes the latch away from the rail to enable the masthead to be withdrawn from the busway. The push button and camming member are independent of the mechanism that extends and retracts the contacts while the masthead is inserted and latched into the busway. The tap-off box may also include non-contact current monitoring sensors with voltage sensing inserts that an auxiliary breaker switch in applications other than a tap-off box, and an infrared emitting faceplate that can be adapted for monitoring a variety of breakers from outside the tap-off box.
MOUNTING ASSEMBLY FOR AN ELECTRICAL FIXTURE
A mounting assembly for an electrical fixture has an upper unit and a lower unit. The upper unit includes a first portion of a detent mechanism and an upper contact for connection to a power source. The lower unit is configured for connection to an electrical fixture and includes a second portion of a detent mechanism and a lower contact for connection to the electrical fixture. When the lower unit engages the upper unit, the first portion and the second portion of the detent mechanism cooperate to releasably retain the upper unit and lower unit together and the upper contact and lower contact touch to create an electric pathway between the power source and the electrical fixture.

POKE-THROUGH FLOOR FITTING
Disclosed is a poke-through floor box assembly with increased accessibility and fluid drainage. An assembly may include a main housing including a central cavity, wherein the central cavity is operable to house an electrical wiring device, and a cover assembly coupled to the main housing. The cover assembly may include a frame having a sidewall and a fluid channel extending through the sidewall, and a set of main doors rotatably coupled to the frame, wherein a first main door of the set of main doors includes a cable access door.
Electrical equipment module
The electrical-accessory module (130) for engaging in an electrical box (110) includes a casing (131) that is made of insulating material and that includes: a side wall (132) that is closed at the rear by a rear wall (133) so as to define an inside space for receiving at least one electrical connection element; and an outer collar (135) that borders the side wall at the front so as to bear against the front edge (115) of the electrical box. The casing further includes a front wall (134) that closes the inside space at the front and that includes: an access window (137) for accessing each electrical connection element, the access window being closed by trim (139) that gives the electrical-accessory module its electrical function; and securing elements (138) for securing a finishing plate (150).

Single-fastener mounting plate for electrical outlets
A mounting plate for an electrical outlet includes a central region having a front surface, a rear surface, and an opening for accessing an outlet. A first mounting tab and a second mounting tab extend from the central region at an angle. The mounting plate may be used to attach an outlet to an outlet housing having a wiring compartment and a panel at least partially enclosing the wiring compartment. The panel has a front wall and an opening for receiving an outlet.
