Gas insulated switchgear

A non-linear resistance film including an insulating material and a non-linear resistance material is provided on an inner surface of a grounded tank. The non-linear resistance film is formed to contain a larger amount of the non-linear resistance material on a side of a central conductor than on a side of the grounded tank. Accordingly, a gas insulated switchgear that can suppress partial discharge around metallic foreign matters and also can suppress inflow of charges from the grounded tank to the metallic foreign matters can be provided.

PHASE CONDUCTOR ARRANGEMENT
20180219366 · 2018-08-02 ·

A phase conductor arrangement for an electricity transmission device has an electroconductive main member. The electroconductive main member extends along a main axis. A substantially slit-shaped opening extends along the main member. The main member is a hollow cylinder, and the opening extends along an outer wall of the hollow cylinder. The outer wall opposite the opening is closed.

Electrical apparatus having a cylindric cover containing an adsorbent
10014670 · 2018-07-03 · ·

An electrical apparatus containing an adsorbent, includes a housing, an adsorbent cover, an adsorbent and a locating bolt. The housing is cylindrical and has at least one locating hole. The adsorbent cover is installed in the housing, and has an annular groove in a circumferential direction, with the locating hole being opposite the groove. An outer diameter of a groove edge is the same as an inner diameter of the housing, while the diameter of a middle part of the groove is less than the inner diameter of the housing. The adsorbent is placed in the groove. The locating bolt passes through the locating hole and extends into the groove. The electrical apparatus has a simple structure. Since installation on a flange is not needed, a flange on the housing that is connected to an adsorbent container is dispensed with. The cost of the adsorbent container and housing are reduced.

Gas insulation device

Provided is a gas insulation device that includes a grounded metal tank in which an insulation gas is encapsulated; a conductor which is provided in the tank, on a surface of which an alumite film on which sealing treatment is performed is formed, and across which a voltage is applied; an insulating coat provided on an inner surface of the tank; and a coat that is provided on the coat and that includes an insulation material containing a non-linear resistive material.

CIRCUIT BREAKER SYSTEM WITH HEATING RADIATOR AND PARTICLE TRAP

A circuit breaker system has an SF6 tank having a wall, and an SF6 heating system. The SF6 heating system includes a heater disposed externally of the tank, and a radiator disposed on the wall inside the SF6 tank. The radiator is thermally coupled to the heater via the wall. The heating system is constructed to conduct heat from the heater through the wall to the radiator. The radiator is constructed to radiate the heat to the SF6 in the tank. A circuit breaker system has an SF6 tank having a wall, and a particle trap. The particle trap has a spar extending radially inward from the wall and a wing extending outward from each side of the spar. Each wing is spaced apart from the wall and forms a region having no electric field at the bottom of the tank adjacent the spar.

GAS-INSULATED SWITCHGEAR

A gas-insulated switchgear includes a grounded tank filled with insulation gas, a center conductor which is disposed in the grounded tank and to which a voltage is applied, an insulating support member which insulates and supports the center conductor, and a nonlinear resistive part disposed at least on a vertically lower side inner surface of the grounded tank and formed by an insulation material containing a nonlinear resistive material. If an electric field applied to the nonlinear resistive part is higher than an electric field value in a vicinity of a contact point between the nonlinear resistive part and a metallic foreign substance mixed in the grounded tank during an operation, a resistivity of the nonlinear resistive part at the center conductor side is lower than a resistivity at which a discharge delay time is equal to an electric field relaxation time constant.
