An electrical connection device including a first end-fitting secured to a first part of an electrical cable, including a first cylindrical lateral surface coaxial to a first axis and a first end surface forming a first angle with the first axis, a second end-fitting secured to a second part of an electrical cable, including a second cylindrical lateral surface coaxial to a second axis and a second end surface forming a second angle with the second axis equal to the first angle, and a holding system configured to hold the first and second end surfaces pressed against one another. The first and second end-fittings are directly in contact with one another and held in contact via a holding system coaxial to the first and second end-fittings and supported by the latter, which contributes to obtaining a compact device.

Manufacturing an electrical device

Various embodiments of the teachings herein include an electrical device comprising: a cable wire; a cable insulation arranged around the cable wire such that a section of the cable wire at least partially longitudinally protrudes out of the cable insulation; a heat-shrink tube at least partially arranged around the cable insulation and at least partially around the section of the cable wire; and a sealing material at least partially inside the cable insulation thereby sealing any gaps between the cable wire and the cable insulation.

HEAT-SHRINKABLE TUBE AND WIRE HARNESS

A heat-shrinkable tube of the present disclosure includes an outer layer having a cylindrical shape and having a melting point of 210 C. to 260 C., and an inner layer disposed on an inner peripheral surface of the outer layer. The outer layer and the inner layer contain a fluororesin or a fluororubber as a main component, and the inner layer has a shear viscosity of 300 Pa.Math.s to 10000 Pa.Math.s at 250 C. and a shear rate of 10/s and a shear viscosity of 3000 Pa.Math.s to 70000 Pa.Math.s at 215 C. and a shear rate of 1/s.

Electrical splice connector for connecting electrical cables with conductor pairs

An electrical splice connector may include a first splice terminal crimped to a first wire conductor of a first wire cable and crimped to a first wire conductor of a second wire cable. An electrical splice connector may include a second splice terminal crimped to a second wire conductor of the first wire cable and crimped to a second wire conductor of the second wire cable. An electrical splice connector include a dividing insulator formed of a dielectric material having a first cavity in which the first splice terminal is disposed and having a second cavity in which the second splice terminal is disposed. The second cavity is separated from the first cavity by a wall formed of the dielectric material.
