A power supply device with improved current balancing mechanism includes a power supply module, and a current detecting module detecting the output current to generate a sample voltage. A compensation voltage is provided that is in superposition with the sample voltage to synthesizes a corrected sample voltage, and a current mirror unit receives the corrected sample voltage at a first end. A positive input end of a comparator unit is connected to a second end of the current mirror unit, and is connected to the first end through a voltage divider, while the comparator unit outputs the current share voltage under negative feedback control. The current share output is corrected by compensating the sampling voltage and reflecting it by a current mirror with a certain ratio, the inconvenience of manually adjusting variable resistor, or the problem of temperature influenced BJT and MOSFET, or phase delay of digital sampling is solved.

The present disclosure provides a DC power supply system, comprising: a first power supply circuit and a second power supply circuit, each power supply circuit comprises a phase-shifting transformer and an AC-DC conversion circuit; and a bidirectional electronic switch electrically coupled between the output end of the first power supply circuit and the output end of the second power supply circuit, wherein the bidirectional electronic switch is configured to transmit power between the output end of the first power supply circuit and the output end of the second power supply circuit depend on the voltage difference of the two output voltages.

The system selectively controls various ones of the relays used to apply power from either the preferred or alternate power sources to the load, such that the relays are switched from open to closed states at controlled times, while voltage measurements are made at select locations between the relays. The system can identify which specific ones of a plurality of relays associated with each of the preferred and alternate power sources has properly opened and closed, and thus verify that all of the relays needed to switch between the preferred and alternate power sources are operating properly.

Each of the power supply modules has a battery storage system with switchable connections to the local bus and to an inter-system bus, and a PV system with switchable connections to the local bus and to an inter-system bus. The battery storage system may be charged from the utility power or the PV system. The inter-system bus is connected to all of the server clusters, such that power flowing in the inter-system bus can be delivered and dispatched to power any server cluster.

The present disclosure relates to a power supply management system adapted for use with at least one utility proxy power source, to help control powering a load when an AC mains power source is not available to provide power to the load. The system has a power converter forming an uninterruptible power supply, and includes a controller configured to control operation of the power converter. A supplemental battery subsystem is included which is in communication with the power converter for supplying DC power to the power converter. The controller monitors the application of power from the utility proxy to the load and uses the DC power supplied by the supplemental battery subsystem, when needed, to supplement the generation of power by the power converter, to thus assist the power converter in powering the load along with the power being provided by the utility proxy.
