COOLING CHANNEL FOR A WINDING OVERHANG OF A STATOR, AND STATOR COMPRISING A COOLING CHANNEL OF THIS TYPE
The invention relates to a cooling channel for a winding head of an electric machine, where the cooling channel is formed to be annular for guiding a cooling fluid with at least one inflow and at least one outflow and for being arranged around the winding head. With the aim of an improved sealing property, the cooling channel comprises an axially movable pressing member which is arranged such that a cooling fluid can flow onto the pressing member and a pressing force against the cooling channel can be generated.
ROTOR FOR AN ELECTRIC MACHINE
A rotor for an electric machine has winding elements which are arranged in axially running grooves of a rotor body and having a winding head which is arranged axially next to the rotor body. The winding elements exit from the grooves in the axial direction in the region of the winding head and run in the axial direction in the region of the axial ends of the winding elements. Each of the winding elements has four curved portions in the region of the winding head. The rotor includes a plurality of tension bolts and a winding head carrier. The tension bolts connect the winding head to the winding head carrier and penetrate through the winding head radially.
Stator for rotating electrical machine, rotating electrical machine, and method of producing stator for rotating electrical machine
A stator for a rotating electrical machine includes a stator coil, a stator iron core having slots into which the stator coil is mounted, and insulating slot liners inserted into the slots, wherein conductive wire materials constituting the stator coil are inserted into the slot liners, and sections of the slot liners protruding from the slots are each provided with a bellows portion.
METHOD FOR PRODUCING AN ARRANGEMENT FOR A PLUG-IN COIL OF AN ELECTRIC MACHINE, GRIP APPARATUS AND MANUFACTURING
A method is presented for producing an arrangement for a plug-in coil of an electric machine, having the following steps: providing an arrangement of coil elements, which each are embodied as a rod-shaped coil element and are pre-aligned with one another; gripping the arrangement of coil elements by way of a grip apparatus, wherein the grip apparatus grips the arrangement of coil element by way of a first grip device in a first grip plane and by way of a second grip device in a second grip plane which is arranged beneath the first grip plane and at a distance therefrom; holding the arrangement of coil elements by way of the grip apparatus and inserting legs of the coil element into allocated grooves of a core; and releasing the grip apparatus from the arrangement of coil elements.
End winding arrangement for an electro-mechanical device
An end winding arrangement of a stator of an electro-mechanical device is provided. The end winding arrangement includes at least two stator bars, wherein each stator bar has a linear member and a cell bend member. Each of the at least two stator bars is configured to have a unitary involute member extending from each cell bend member such that the involute member is configured as a single involute section without a lead bend section for reducing vibrations in the electro-mechanical device.
Pre-fitting nest for forming a crown from a plurality of u-shaped electrically conductive hairpins
A pre-fitting nest and a method serve for forming a crown from a plurality of U-shaped electrically conductive hairpins to then be able to install the crown in a machine element of an electric machine, e.g., a stator. Here, an accommodating member has a plurality of grooves in which the legs of the hairpins are accommodated. The grooves are annularly disposed about a center and extend perpendicularly to the plane of the accommodating member. With respect to their size and geometry, they are configured such that in each case a first leg of a hairpin rotates within the groove thus to enable an unconstrained positioning of the second leg of the hairpin in another groove. One or several crowns formed from hairpins are provided for introduction into a machine element and inserted into the machine element.
