Rotor, motor, fan, and air conditioner
A rotor includes a rotor core. A permanent magnet constitutes a first magnetic pole, and a part of the rotor core constitutes a second magnetic pole. In the second magnetic pole, a plurality of slits is symmetrically formed with respect to a magnetic pole center line connecting a pole center of the second magnetic pole and the center axis. On one side of the magnetic pole center line in a circumferential direction about the center axis, the plurality of slits has a first slit closest to the magnetic pole center line and a second slit adjacent to the first slit in the circumferential direction. A minimum distance L1 from the first slit to the outer circumference of the rotor core and a minimum distance L2 from the second slit to the outer circumference of the rotor core satisfy L1<L2.

Brushless motor system for power tools
A power tool is provided including a gear case having a spindle, a motor case connected to a rear end of the gear case along a longitudinal axis; a handle portion extending from a rear end of the motor case along the longitudinal axis; a motor housed inside the motor case; a fan in rotational connection with the motor; at least one air intake arranged at least one of the motor case or the handle portion near the rear end of the motor case; and a power module including power switches for driving the motor and a heat sink. The power module is housed in at least one of the motor case or the handle portion near the rear end of the motor case such that rotation of the fan causes air flow to enter through the air intake and flow near the heat sink and through the motor.

Rotary electric machine with rotor having permanent magnets and stator with teeth having flange portion, expanding portion and base portion
A rotor of a rotary electric machine includes a first magnet and a fourth magnet whose magnetic fields are oriented in radial directions of a stator, and a second magnet and a third magnet whose magnetic fields are oriented in circumferential directions of the stator. Teeth portions of the stator each include a base portion that protrudes in a radially inward direction of a yoke portion, a flange portion that is wider than the base portion, and an expanding portion interposed between the base portion and the flange portion. An angle of intersection between the base portion and the expanding portion is 108° to 130°. A distance (thickness) from an inner circumferential side end part to an outer circumferential side end part of the flange portion is 0.2 mm to 2.0 mm.
ELECTRIC DRIVE DEVICE AND ELECTRIC POWER STEERING DEVICE
Air circulation passages connect an accommodation space of an electronic control unit to the outside to circulate air to buffer internal pressure fluctuations. The accommodation space side of the air circulation passages is formed as a divided air circulation passage with a plurality of passages, a cooling object member is arranged to come in thermal contact with air flowing through the divided air circulation passage, and the total cross-sectional area of the divided air circulation passage is smaller than the cross-sectional area of the air circulation passages that are not divided. Because the accommodation space of the electronic control unit is connected to the outside, internal pressure fluctuations can be buffered, and increasing the flow velocity of the air flowing through the divided air circulation passage on the accommodation space side of the air circulation passages allows heat inside the accommodation space to be efficiently radiated to the outside.

Motor for seat sliding device of vehicle
The present disclosure relates to a motor for a seat sliding device of a vehicle, and includes a coil module in which a plurality of first coils and a plurality of second coils are seamlessly disposed in the circumferential direction to have a cylindrical shape. Therefore, the conventional stator core having a slot and a tooth for installing the coil is not used, thereby implementing miniaturization and light-weight of a motor. and the slot and the tooth do not exist, thereby reducing a cogging torque and reducing the vibration and noise of the motor.
