A fluid pump assembly is provided. The pump has a pair of units magnetically coupled to each other. The first unit contains a drive motor and a magnetic assembly. The second unit contains a magnetic assembly and a blade of a propeller/impeller for imparting movement to a fluid. As the first unit is activated by the drive motor, a magnetic flux is created which in turn rotates the magnetic assembly in the second unit, driving the blade.

Magnetic coupling element with a magnetic bearing function

The invention relates to a magnetic coupling element (100) with a magnetic bearing function. The magnetic coupling element (100) has a drive-side coupling magnet (109) arranged on a drive shaft (106), and also an output-side coupling magnet (115) arranged on an output shaft (112), the output-side coupling magnet (115) being magnetically coupled to the drive-side coupling magnet (109), and finally a bearing magnet ring (118) which is non-rotatably mounted with respect to the drive-side or output-side coupling magnet (109) or (115), a bearing magnet portion (133, 136) of the bearing magnet ring (118) having the same polarity as a coupling magnet portion (127, 130) opposite the bearing magnet portion (136).

Magnetic coupling assembly

A magnetic coupling assembly for coupling of a first rotary shaft and a second rotary shaft. The magnetic coupling assembly includes a first and second rotary hub, a sleeve, coaxial with the first rotary hub and arranged to be rotatable with respect to the first rotary hub, a first and second displacement element threadingly connected to the sleeve, and a first and a second rotatable inductor rotor arranged to co-rotate with the rotation of the first rotary hub. The first and second rotatable inductor rotors are connected to the first and second displacement element, respectively, and rotatable central magnet rotor. The sleeve includes threaded outer surfaces of opposite threading engaged by the first and second displacement elements so as to displace the first and second displacement elements in opposite directions.

Magnetically-coupled torque-assist apparatus

A magnetically-coupled torque assist apparatus includes a movable (rotor) magnet configured to rotate about a rotor magnet axis extending through the rotor magnet, and a stationary (stator) magnet. The rotor magnet and the stator magnet have a gap therebetween. There is an equilibrium state position (ESP) of the rotor magnet where forces acting on the rotor magnet are balanced such that the rotor magnet is stationary about the rotor magnet axis. And when the rotor magnet is rotated from the equilibrium state position (ESP) to an elastically stressed state position (SSP), magnetic fields of the rotor magnet and the stator magnet generate a resultant magnetic force on the movable magnet that biases the movable magnet towards the equilibrium state position. In some embodiments, the stator and rotor magnets are configured to create a Halbach-effect magnetic field bloom, which contributes to the magnetic forces.
