FILTER SWITCHING METHOD FOR A MACHINE CONTROL SYSTEM
The invention relates to a method (100) for switching between desired value filters (26, 28) of a drive means (52) for a machine axis (10, 12) during operation. An input signal (20) is applied to the first and to the second desired value filter (26, 28) for producing a first and a second output signal (23, 33). Then any deviation between the first and the second output signal (23, 33) is determined. If the deviation falls below a threshold value, the first desired value filter (26) is separated from the drive means (52) and substantially simultaneously the second desired value filter (28) is connected to the drive means (52). The desired value filters (26, 28) have different running times (19).

Data output from each of the n delay elements and a remainder value output from a divider in the previous calculation are input to an adder, and an addition process for obtaining a total sum thereof is executed. In addition, a division process is performed by dividing the total sum output from the adder by n, and a quotient and a remainder are output from the divider. The remainder is delayed by a remainder delay element by one clock, is output to the adder, and is added in the next calculation.
Method for controlling operation of moving average filter
The present invention relates to a method for controlling the operation of a moving average filter, which is capable of optimizing the ability to cope with a surge noise through reasonable control of a tracking speed with respect to a change in an input value. The method includes: (a) a step of setting a stability reference value and a corresponding sampling interval; (b) a step of inputting measurement data; (c) a step of calculating a first moving average using the measurement data input in the step (b) by applying a basic sampling interval; and (d) a step of calculating a second moving average for the measurement data by applying the sampling interval corresponding to the stability reference value set in the step (a) if the first moving average is equal to or larger than the stability reference value.
Signal processing device, control method thereof, control procedure and recording medium
The invention relates to a signal processing device, a control method thereof, a control procedure and a recording medium, which is unnecessary to increase a memory capacity for implementing sampling to determine a filter parameter. The signal processing device includes a data acquiring element (10), acquiring signals of a time series, i.e. time series signals from a sensor; a filtering element (21), performing a filtering operation according to frequencies; a transfer element (30), transferring the time series signals; and a filter parameter determination element (50), performing frequency analysis to the time series signals within a pre-specified interval, i.e. a specified interval to determine a filter parameter.
