CLOCK DRIVER FOR TIME-INTERLEAVED DIGITAL-TO-ANALOG CONVERTER
In certain aspects, a method for providing a first drive clock signal and a second drive clock signal to a first sub-digital-to-analog converter (sub-DAC) and a second sub-DAC includes receiving an input clock signal, and dividing the input clock signal to generate a first divided clock signal and a second divided clock signal. The method also includes gating the input clock signal using the first divided clock signal to generate the first drive clock signal, and inputting the first drive clock signal to a clock input of the first sub-DAC. The method further includes gating the input clock signal using the second divided clock signal to generate the second drive clock signal, and inputting the second drive clock signal to a clock input of the second sub-DAC.

Quantitative skew sensor
A skew sensor for detecting skew between two input signals is provided. The skew sensor includes at least two skew detectors. The first skew detector receives either a first clock signal or a second clock signal as a first input signal, and the other one of the first clock signal and the second clock signal delayed by a first delay difference induced by one or more delay elements as a second input signal. The second skew detector receives either the first clock signal or the second clock signal as the first input signal, and the other one of the first clock signal and the second clock signal optionally delayed by a second delay difference induced by one more delay elements, wherein the second delay difference is different from the first delay difference, as the second input signal. Skew is measured between the first clock signal and the second clock signal.

PWM signal generator circuit and related integrated circuit
A PWM signal generator circuit includes a multiphase clock generator that generates a number n of phase-shifted clock phases having the same clock period and being phase shifted by a time corresponding to a fraction 1/n of the clock period. The PWM signal generator circuit determines for each switch-on duration first and second integer numbers, and for each switch-off duration third and fourth integer numbers. The first integer number is indicative of the integer number of clock periods of the switch-on duration and the second integer number is indicative of the integer number of the additional fractions 1/n of the clock period of the switch-on duration. The third integer number is indicative of the integer number of clock periods of the switch-off duration, and the fourth integer number is indicative of the integer number of the additional fractions 1/n of the clock period of the switch-off duration.
