A method and apparatus for providing hybrid draw poker games to online players, poker hands comprise both physical card values dealt by a dealer and electronically-generated card values from the gaming server. The gaming server receives an indication from each of the remote players of how many hands each player would like to play, and a wager amount for each hand. Electronic indications of an initial set of physical cards dealt by the dealer are then provided to the online players. In response, each player provides an indication of card values that each player would like to retain and/or an indication of card values that each player would like to discard. The gaming server assigns the retained card values selected by each player to each player's respective hands, and then generates electronic replacement card values for each hand of each player. The gaming server then performs a win/lose analysis for each hand.

Disclosed are a smart cube including a core housing having an accommodation space therein, a plurality of blocks having a surface formed therein to correspond to an outer circumference of the core housing and coupled to each other to be rotatable in a group around the core housing, and a controller configured to recognize a position of at least one of the blocks and to calculate a solution to place blocks having the same outer surface on at least one surface of the cube, wherein the block includes types of shaft blocks coupled to a center of each of top, bottom, front, rear, left, and right surfaces of the core housing, edge blocks in contact with each side surface of the shaft block, and corner blocks interposed between the adjacent edge blocks, the controller recognizes a position of at least one of the blocks based on a rotation direction and a rotation amount of the shaft block, and the plurality of blocks visually outputs a next step of a current step of the solution including a plurality of steps.

The present invention provides a drone-passing multiple detection sensor gate comprising: a gate having a ring-like structure through which a drone can pass during flight; a first sensor, disposed on the front or the inner front of the gate, for detecting whether the drone approaches the gate or passes through the front side of the gate; a second sensor, disposed on the inner rear of the gate, for detecting whether the drone sensed by the first sensor passes through the rear side of the gate; a detection signal transmitter, disposed inside or on a surface of the gate, for receiving, from the first sensor and the second sensor, the detection signal indicating whether the drone approaches or passes through the gate, and wirelessly transmitting the detection signal. Methods for and operating a service and systems are provided. One method includes executing one or more video games on one or more servers of a service. The one or more video games are played or used by one or more users on one or more client devices remote to the service via compressed streaming interactive video. The compressed streaming interactive video is sent to the one or more client devices where decompression of the compressed streaming interactive video is preformed to display video of each of said one or more video games and said one or more servers are configured to receive user control input to driver interactivity with said one or more video games. The method includes broadcasting the one or more video games as one or more streams of compressed streaming interactive video to enable one or more viewing client devices to view said one or more video games over the Internet. Each of the one or more viewing client devices receives one or more of the streams of compressed streaming interactive video. The method includes overlaying with the streams of compressed streaming interactive video, audio from one or more of the viewing client devices, such that the audio is included in the broadcasting of the one or more video games. And, adjusting a compression rate for said broadcasting to each of said viewing client devices based on a respective connection performance each of said viewing client devices has with respect to said one or more servers of the service.

A cloud gaming system is disclosed. One example includes a game server that is configured to execute video games. The game server provides an interface for a remote client device to interface with the game server and request that games be played by streaming video frames to the remote client device. The game server is located in a first data center. A storage server connected to the game server over a network connection in the first data center. A save data server located in a second data center. Data selection logic of the game server is configured to retrieve save data from the save data server and cache the save data to a save data disk of the game server. The data selection logic is configured to automatically retrieve the save data from the second data center to the first data center upon detecting a session initiation for a user account used via the remote client device. The save data including a current state of game play that represents activity performed during play of a game. The save data is used to render the current state of game play after game logic of the game is loaded for the session initiation.
